Summary: Part 6 of Unlimited Perversity. Issei's continued presence at Kuoh Academy has had an effect upon the school. School Uniforms have gotten skimpier and skimpier, and the true prudes have all transferred out, leaving the slutty and the curious behind. When Issei stops by the Girl's Kendo Club for old time's sake, it's to discover they're doing just fine. Turns out they all had some Succubus Blood in them that's been awakened by proximity to Issei, and they're all eager to thank him personally.

Kuoh Academy had changed a lot in the past few months. So much so that even Issei had eventually taken notice, in spite of being continuously distracted by all of the women in his life. He was getting sex every single day, so even a pervert like him had taken a little while to notice all of the changes taking place at their school.
It started with the teachers. Since Kuoh Academy was an all-female school until recently, all of the teachers had been female as well. This remained the same, but previously said teachers had come in all shapes and sizes… and ages. Over the last few months however, all of the older teachers had found reasons to retire. So had all the prudes. And the teachers who weren’t in the best shape suddenly found both the energy and the drive to begin working out, undergoing dramatic physical transformations practically overnight!
But that was just the beginning. On top of that was the slow transition in Kuoh Academy’s female school uniforms. More and more, girls were coming to school wearing skimpier and skimpier outfits. It started out with just one or two girls, but then everyone was doing it… mostly because those who didn’t want to do it had suddenly transferred out to another school. All of the truly prudish students had gone the same way as the teachers, finding a way to get out of Kuoh Academy.
When Issei had finally brought this up to his girls, scratching his head in confusion at the appreciated but still weird changes, Rias had sat him down and explained. It was all him. His continued presence at Kuoh Academy was quite literally altering the environment in real time. Women who had inner desires were becoming freer with their sexualities, losing their inhibitions and embracing their inner sluts. Meanwhile, those who did not were pushed away, subconsciously detecting that Kuoh Academy was no longer an accepting place for them.
Hearing this, Issei had felt guilty at first. HE was the cause behind all of it?! But Rias had been quick to convince him that it wasn’t truly his fault… partially by getting on her knees and wrapping her marvelous oppai around Issei’s throbbing, always ready cock. As she’d given him an excellent titjob, Rias had explained that it was to be expected.
He was just THAT powerful. For the rest of his immortal, devilish life, Issei could expect to cause such things to happen around him. There was no helping it, anymore than there was no helping the sun beating down upon them on overly hot days. It wasn’t anyone’s fault; it wasn’t something anyone could change. It just WAS.
Issei had taken that in… and then brought up the point that he COULD always leave, if need be. But again, Rias had shot that down. While him leaving the human world behind and only living in the Underworld was an option… she didn’t want that for him, and she’d declared he shouldn’t want that for himself either.
Besides, she’d told him… he was making something out of nothing. A mountain out of a molehill, if you will. His presence at Kuoh Academy wasn’t hurting anyone. It wasn’t detrimental to anyone’s health. Everyone who hated the powerful, overwhelming lustful freedom that he represented had already removed themselves from the situation.
… In the end, Issei had cum all over Rias’ face and tits and she’d happily lapped it up before telling him that he should just continue living his life to the fullest. No one could truly tell him what to do, not anymore. He was so far beyond any of them that he belonged in a class of his own.
And while part of Issei still felt a little guilty over it all, in the end… he’d decided to accept Rias’ words and embrace his new existence as the embodiment of the Sin of Lust.
… Which led him to today. See, after finally learning that HE was the reason behind all the changes in Kuoh, Issei had started paying a bit more attention. Which was when he found out something truly shocking… Kuoh Academy’s Girl’s Kendo Club was still fully up and running and didn’t seem to have suffered a single disruption to their operations.
That was very surprising to Issei, who had received more than one beating from the Girl’s Kendo Club along with his two friends that made up the Perverted Trio with him. He and his friends had peeped in on the Girl’s Kendo Club while they were changing so many times, and never had it ended well if they got caught… which they almost always invariably did.
That said… why was the Girl’s Kendo Club sticking around? How had they managed to adapt so easily to his presence in the school? Shouldn’t they have left with the rest of the prudes?
Those questions and more are what brought Issei down to their dojo after school one day, feasting his eyes on the scantily clad students and teachers in the halls as he passes them all by. More than a few give him bedroom eyes while biting their lower lips in ways that make it clear they don’t need a bedroom and would gladly fuck him right then and there.
But Issei is on a mission, and so he makes it to the Kendo Club Dojo without any true interruptions, arriving to hear the sounds of katas being performed. Sliding open the door to the dojo, Issei slips inside, trying to be as unobtrusive as possible. He goes unnoticed… for a few moments.
In those few moments, Issei sees something that shocks him. The members of the Girl’s Kendo Club… over half of them are sporting demonic horns and spade tails. ALL of them are dressed in incredibly skimpy versions of their old traditional Kendo Uniforms… and BOTH of the Kendo Club Captains, Murayama and Katase, are sporting the demonic traits that seem to have come out of nowhere.
As they swing their swords, their barely contained tits and asses bounce and jiggle. And of Issei didn’t know any better, he’d say they were swinging in such a way that it was impossible for such things NOT to happen. As they move through their katas, Issei can say (as something of an expert from spying on them all those times) that they’ve adapted all of their movements in order to maximize the way their voluptuous, curvy bodies jiggle and bounce in all the right manners as they fight.
While Issei is soaking this all in… he begins to get noticed. Just one at first, and then two. And then more, as they start to nudge their partners and everyone stops to stare at him. Finally, Murayama and Katase, who are at the head of the room facing away from the door he slipped in through, realize something is up and come to a stop as well.
“What is it?”
“Murayama… do you smell that?”
As Murayama sniffs at the air, Katase, who was already doing so, slowly turns around. The pink-haired young woman freezes in her tracks when she sees Issei standing there, until Murayama finally catches up and turns around as well, the brunette also going wide-eyed and staring at him. In fact, they’re all staring at him. The members of the Kendo Club without demonic features are blushing profusely and fidgeting and squirming in their half-naked attire. Meanwhile, those WITH demonic features are frozen in place, eyes wide but pupils shrunk to pinpricks, clearly more capable of sensing his immense lustful power.
“Uh… what happened to all of you?”
It’s the most relevant question he can think to ask at this point in time. He’d never expected the Girl’s Kendo Club to turn out like this. Were they all reincarnated devils, or something?
His question breaks them all free of their stupor, and Murayama and Katase exchange a glance before looking to the rest of the club.
“It looks like we’ll be engaging in a different type of sword training today, girls!”
With perverted giggles and matching blushes, the entire club throw down their weapons and look at Issei with hungry intent. For a split second he almost feels like he’s in danger… before recognizing that this is literally one of his long time fantasies. How many times has he wanked off to the possibility of this very thing happening?
And so, confident and secure in himself and his power, Issei moves forward… and watches as they all descend to their knees and crawl to him in turn. Soon enough his dick is out and being tended to by several of the Kendo Club who have crowded in the closest. Dozens of pairs of eyes are staring up at him, all of them looking like he’s their god or something… maybe their dark and terrible god, hah.
“It’s like this, Issei. It turns out… most of us had some Succubus Blood in our ancestry, somewhere way back. Succubi aren’t quite like normal Devils. They’re a mix of Devil and Youkai. And they’ve been integrating with the human population for centuries.”
“That’s right. Normally, the blood just lurks, inactive. But proximity to a Devil of Lust as powerful as you… well, it triggered us. Those of us it could, anyways. Turns out that Succubi aren’t JUST Lust Youkai, but also love to learn the way of the sword!”
“On top of that, succubi are pickier about their mates then most might think, which is why we were always instinctively beating on you and your friends.”
“Yep, we were just trying to toughen you boys up… see if one of you would finally snap and take what you wanted.”
“Or so we know now. We didn’t even know that at the time. We were soooo deep in denial.”
Issei’s eyes are wide as his gaze ping pongs back and forth between Murayama and Katase. The two Kendo Club Captains explain all of this while their club members suck and slurp at his cock, taking turns sharing his member and giving it all sorts of wonderful, lovely attention.
“How… how do you know all of this?”
Exchanging a glance, they both shrug in unison.
“We didn’t, at first. It was all very scary.”
“Yeah, imagine waking up one day with horns and a spade tail and realizing you need sexual energy along with normal food and water to survive.”
“Luckily, the Student Council President stepped in.”
“She explained everything to us.”
Hearing them elaborate, seeing the pieces all fall into place… Issei can only nod once before throwing his head back and groaning. It’s a decent explanation for everything… it makes tons of sense. But also, its so fucking hot, hearing how his mere presence somehow unlocked their true inner sluts. Their full perverted potential!
He can’t help himself. He tips over the edge a moment later and cums. He cums and cums, even as he spins in a circle, making sure his seed splatters across every face, every girl he can see. They’re all circled around him on their knees, so coating them in his jizz isn’t particularly difficult by any stretch of the imagination. And he has so much of it, really. An unlimited supply, or so it feels.
The Girl’s Kendo Club release a cacophony of moans and squeals. The succubi members are positively ecstatic, while the human members are embarrassed… but also enjoying themselves immensely.
As he finishes, Issei comes down from his momentary pleasure high to find that Murayama and Katase have both flopped onto their backs, doing something of a crab-like pose as they spread their legs wide and flip up the skimpy skirts of their modified kendo uniforms. Exposing their pantyless pussies to him, the two succubi moan happily.
“Fuck us, Issei!”
“Knock us up!”
“Breeeed us!!!”
Issei… doesn’t need to be told twice. Though, as he moves in and just picks Murayama first completely on impulse, he does have to question Katase a little more. Mostly because he’s fucking Murayama so hard she can’t see straight, let alone talk back to him.
“Why do you want me to breed you, exactly?”
Katase moans, fingering herself in anticipation of her own dicking.
“B-Because you’re the strongest devil around, Issei. You’re an embodiment of the Sin of Lust, even more than we sexual creatures are. Succubi like us… we get off on giving birth to the spawn of powerful male devils. We NEED to be tamed and mated by a devil that’s stronger than us, otherwise we just feed upon unsuspecting human men and drain them of their energy.”
Blushing, Katase ducks her head as Murayama cums again and again around his cock.
“S-So you see, Issei, you really MUST knock us all up… to keep us out of trouble~”
Well, when she put it like that, who was Issei to disagree? And he certainly wasn’t going to discriminate by refusing to fuck the human members of the Kendo Club either. They’d stuck around after all, even with his presence pushing out all the prudes.
With a grunt, he spills his essence deep inside of Murayama, and he has to admit, it feels all too right, breeding a sex demon as the embodiment of the Sin of Lust. He fills and fills her, until she’s fit to burst, well aware that with THIS many ladies, he probably isn’t going to get back around to her any time soon.
Then, he reaches out and grabs Katase, dragging her over and impaling her upon his cock next. As the pinkette squeals and gurgles, immediately orgasming upon his big fat dick, Issei looks around the room, taking in everyone else that’s waiting for their turn. The entirety of the Girl’s Kendo Club is knelt around him, staring at him with wide eyes and panting lips and red faces.
He looks back at them for a moment, pistoning in and out of Katase without reservation… before speaking up.
“I don’t know when I’ll get to each of you. So until then, you need to take care of yourselves and be ready for me, got it?”
They all freeze for a moment as his words wash over them… then, they nod in unison and things rapidly descend into even more debauchery and depravity. Some of them turn on each other and all but attack one another’s mouths with their mouths. Others simply slide their hands down their own bodies and begin to masturbate helplessly.
Issei smiles, looking around the Girl’s Kendo Club and finding their horny, needy behavior to be very Good indeed. As he continues to fuck Katase towards her own assured breeding, Issei reflects that Rias was right. He hadn’t hurt anyone. Instead, he’d made Kuoh Academy a better place for all who still attended it. He’d helped to free them of their inhibitions, and in the case of half of the Girl’s Kendo Club, free them of their unknown shackles.
Everything was going to be just fine… once he was done knocking up every last one of these sexy beauties with his ‘meat sword’. Oh yes. Everything was going to be perfectly a-okay.

I love Issei giving Katase and Murayama their turn. I always wished he had more to do with them in the series.

Kinda hilarious to imagine Issei spinning like an automatic sprinkler top and spraying everyone with cum lol. Add in music "Right Round" and I'm dying laughing

Hope that if this continues we see some more variety of girls
