Summary: Naruto and Hinata are the idealistic married couple. Well that's what Shizune believes anyways, even as she peeps on them fucking. Incredibly aroused by the sight, she's horrified when she gets caught masturbating. But they aren't mad. In fact, they want her to join them. Naruto and Hinata have a plan for rebuilding the Uzumaki Clan.

Naruto and Hinata were the perfect couple in Shizune’s eyes. A tale of true love and perseverance in the face of untold adversity. Naruto, who had grown up shunned and friendless thanks to circumstances outside of his control. The village outcast, let down time and time again by everyone around him, only to show them how worthy of their adoration and affection he truly was. He was the youngest Hokage in Konoha’s history now, but Shizune didn’t think for a second that he didn’t deserve it.
And on the other hand, you had Hinata. The Hyuga Clan Heiress, long considered weak and ultimately replaceable by her seemingly more competent, prodigal younger sister. Hinata had never stopped fighting though. Despite having a peaceful disposition, despite being shy natured from birth, she had found her inner strength by watching Naruto fight for his seat at the table. He had become her inspiration, and through him Hinata had become a truly spectacular kunoichi, one of Konoha’s finest.
This was all to say, they were clearly meant for each other. The argument for the existence of that ephemeral concept of soulmates could be debated to death. Love at first sight… Shizune wasn’t sure it was real, necessarily. But if soulmates were a thing, then Naruto and Hinata constituted as proof of their existence. The two were made to be together, made to love one another, made to grow old together and spend the rest of their lives with each other.
… Which was why it was so shameful, how Shizune was currently acting.
“YES! HARDER, NARUTO! FUCK ME HARDER!”
Crouching outside of their bedroom door, the medic-nin’s face is bright red as she fingers herself to the glorious sight she’s partaking in through the crack in said open door. On the other side, Naruto and Hinata are engaging in a bout of, mm, vigorous lovemaking. There are other, crasser words for it, but Shizune refuses to think in such terms. The only way to describe Naruto and Hinata’s coupling is lovemaking, no matter how… how vigorous and enthusiastic it gets.
Dressed down to a fishnet body-glove, Hinata is currently on her hands and knees. Or rather, she’s on one hand and one knee. Her other leg is up in the air, and Naruto has ahold of her other hand, pulling her arm back behind her as he fucks her hard and fast from behind. HIS free hand, meanwhile, is in Hinata’s hair, pulling her head back as well.
Her back is arched, and thus her entire front is practically on display to Shizune. From her milky white eyes which may or may not be rolled back in her head (Shizune honestly can’t tell with the Hyuga) to her tongue sticking straight out of her mouth as she begs Naruto to fuck her and fuck her hard. And finally, her large breasts, bouncing and jiggling all over the place… and already beginning to leak thin trails of milk.
Shizune’s blush only intensifies as she notes that. Hinata is pregnant, but then to be fair, Shizune already knew that. She was the lovely young couple’s personal medic-nin after all. It was her job to know these things, and more than that, it was her job to look after Hinata and her baby’s health. Still, the Hyuga girl wasn’t far enough along that they needed to curtail their sexual antics just yet. It would be a couple months more before Hinata properly started showing, and then a couple months after that where she would need to take it easy.
Of course, while all of that was technically Shizune’s business, this right here and now was not. Watching the two of them go at it so enthusiastically, and not only that but masturbating to the sight? Oh yes, Shizune was crossing a line here. This was a serious breach in privacy, made all the worse by the trust that they’d put in her… the trust Shizune was breaking just by being here.
See, Shizune wasn’t just Naruto and Hinata’s personal medic-nin. She was also Naruto’s personal assistant. The young Hokage was very enthusiastic about his work, but he couldn’t go it alone. So, he’d hired her on to help him out in the same way she’d helped Tsunade, back in the day. It was work that Shizune was very familiar with, so she’d been happy to help Naruto get on his feet, so to speak.
Part of her job meant she needed to be able to speak with Naruto at any time… and that meant being able to approach him at his clan compound, even when he was ‘off the clock’ so to speak. In truth, the Hokage was never off the clock, and Naruto understood that full well. That was why he’d given Shizune full access to the clan compound, keying her in so that the amazing seal matrices that covered the place in traps and protected against would be enemy action, wouldn’t activate or harm her in any way.
She could, essentially, slip in at any time undetected and do whatever she wanted, and no one would be any the wiser. It was a massive amount of trust, and Shizune had never intended on betraying that trust.
Unfortunately, when she’d arrived today, before she could flare her chakra to let Naruto and Hinata know she’d stopped by for a visit, she’d heard… noises. Loud noises, in fact. And she’d decided to investigate. Before Shizune knew it, one thing had led to another and now here she was, watching Naruto plow Hinata silly from behind.
It was intense, to say the least. It was incredible. It was… it was so, so wrong that she was watching this. And yet, Shizune couldn’t bring herself to look away. Incredibly aroused by the sight, all she can do is clap her free hand over her mouth as Hinata cums again around Naruto’s cock and that in turn manages to tip Shizune over the edge.
Climaxing hard, the older kunoichi shudders and moans into her palm, hoping to keep quiet enough that they won’t notice her. That, unfortunately, turns out to be a false hope. In the end, it didn’t matter… they’d always known she was there.
Shizune can only freeze up, as the door suddenly swings open, and a Shadow Clone of Naruto is revealed standing off to the side. The two on the bed never even stop fucking, as the clone smiles down at Shizune. For a brief moment, Shizune considers popping the clone and fleeing… but no, there would be no point. She’s well aware of how the Shadow Clone Jutsu works. Naruto will immediately get all of his clone’s memories, so even if somehow, he doesn’t know she’s there, he will from that.
It's already too late. Shizune stays where she is, horrified and embarrassed beyond belief.
“Well? Come in.”
Out of all the possibilities, she’s not expecting that from the clone’s lips. From Naruto’s lips. His eyes twinkle, and he beckons her in. Shizune… Shizune rises from her crouch and carefully shuffles inside. Only once she enters the bedroom proper, do the two on the bed focus on her. Shizune blushes and quails under their gazes, even as she yelps from the feeling of the clone behind her, feeling her up.
“Hello, Shizune. I’m glad you’ve finally joined us.”
It’s not Naruto who says that. It’s Hinata. Where moments before the Hyuga Kunoichi had looked like she was being fucked silly and plowed into a stupor, suddenly she has a serene smile on her sweaty face… while still filled with her husband’s cock from behind.
Blushing crimson, Shizune trembles in the clone’s grasp as he begins to strip her right then and there.
“R-Really?”
She hates herself immediately for that voice crack. She’s almost twice their age! She needs to have more strength than this! This time, it’s Naruto, the real Naruto, who speaks up.
“Yep. We’ve actually been wanting to talk to you about something for a while. Wanna join us on the bed?”
His shadow clone works fast. By the time he’s made his offer, Shizune is already laid bare and completely naked. Of course, when it comes to Naruto’s question, the answer is an overwhelming yes. It’s only… just because she wants to, doesn’t mean she should, r-right?
“Don’t worry, Shizune. We don’t bite.”
Hinata grins wickedly at her own words and clacks her teeth a couple times. Oddly enough, that’s what finally gets Shizune to move forward. The clone stays near the door like some sort of bodyguard, and Shizune… Shizune joins the happy married couple on their marital bed. Never in a million years would she have thought this would be happening, but here she was all the same.
Hinata pulls off of Naruto’s throbbing, engorged cock. He still hasn’t cum, though he looks like he’s ready to. As Shizune hesitantly crawls forward, the Hyuga Kunoichi leans in and suddenly gives her a deep, tongue-filled kiss. The medic-nin freezes up, not expecting it… nor expecting Hinata’s sheer domineering presence. For what it’s worth, she definitely enjoys the kiss, and when it ends, she finds herself left wanting more.
“Shizune… I want to help Naruto rebuild his clan. Starting here and now, I don’t want the Uzumaki Clan to be a thing of the past anymore. Together, we’re going to remake it from the ground up.”
A noble goal. Shizune wasn’t old enough to know all that much about the Uzumaki who had once had their own ‘Village Hidden in the Whirlpool’. She knew that tragedy had befallen them, and they were excellent Seal Masters, and that was about it. But then, what did that have to do with her?
She gets her answer, when Hinata suddenly maneuvers Shizune onto her back, specifically bringing her head back to rest on Hinata’s thighs as the other woman kneels there and gives Shizune her lap as a pillow. This though, has the added effect of putting Shizune in front of a kneeling Naruto… his cock pointed at her as her legs instinctively spread to reveal her sopping wet pussy.
Realizing what she’s doing, Shizune tries to shut her legs, not wanting to seem like a loose woman, but Naruto grabs her by her thighs and holds them apart, giving her a raunchy grin as he rubs soothing circles into her flesh with his thumbs. Shizune just gasps, blushes… and doesn’t fight him on this. She doesn’t want to, even though she can scarcely believe what’s happening.
“I can’t do it alone, Shizune. You know that I’m pregnant already. And while Naruto and I love each other very much, that means we’re currently finding ourselves stuck. Until I give birth, I can’t help Naruto rebuild his clan any further. That’s where you come in.”
Shizune might just be the densest woman in the world, because in that moment, her first thought is that Hinata and Naruto are seducing her like this because they want her to come up with some insanely dangerous medical technique that will speed up Hinata’s pregnancy. She’s actually just about to open her mouth and explain why she can’t do that, no matter how much she wants to be part of their bedroom play, when Hinata elaborates.
“We want you to carry Naruto’s baby too, Shizune. We want you to join us… in rebuilding the Uzumaki Clan.”
Oh. That, uh… that actually made a lot more sense. Shizune’s teeth click shut as she feels a massive wave of relief rush through her over the fact that she hadn’t said anything about her momentary misunderstanding out loud. They didn’t want her to come up with some scary, dangerous, untested medical technique. They just wanted her to… wait, what?!
“Heh, I think you broke her, darling.”
Naruto grins, as Shizune blinks rapidly, trying to process Hinata’s request. Though, it was more of an offer, wasn’t it? Shizune certainly couldn’t believe what the other woman was giving her. The chance to… share, Naruto?
Pouting, Hinata sighs.
“Shizune, we really need you to give us your consent. Naruto won’t go any further without it. So, yes or-?”
“Yes! A hundred times yes!”
Shizune blushes at her own squealed response, even as she cuts Hinata off. But the married couple just grins down at her. A moment later, and Naruto is inside of her at long last. All this build up… so much damn build up.
Eyes rolling back in her head, Shizune’s back arches as she lets out a cry. His cock fills her and fills her, penetrating deep into her cunt and then some, rocking up to the entrance of her womb itself. As he begins to fuck her, Shizune is forced to reflect that… well, she might be almost twice Naruto and Hinata’s age, but she’s not really that experienced in sexual matters.
She’s always been the type to keep to herself. She’s never really been the sort for one-night stands, or common flings. Shizune is the kind of woman who needs a proper emotional connection to her partner to actually spread her legs for them, and as Tsunade’s protégé and traveling companion, there had been absolutely no opportunities for that over the course of her long, LONG apprenticeship.
Even after Shizune had come back to Konoha with Tsunade, she hadn’t really found anyone. Actually, no… that wasn’t entirely true. It wasn’t that Shizune hadn’t found anyone. It was that, after meeting Naruto and seeing all he could accomplish, every man that had shown even remote interest in her had failed to measure up to the blond shinobi.
At the end of the day, Shizune had been in love with Naruto Uzumaki, and she had fully intended to take that knowledge to her grave. Because as previously mentioned, she considered Hinata to be the girl for Naruto, full stop. Not herself… no, never herself.
And yet, here they were now. Shizune was on her back, her head in Hinata’s lap. The younger kunoichi was running her fingers through Shizune’s hair and smiling down at her from above. But far more importantly, Naruto was… he was fucking her. When it was her, it wasn’t ‘lovemaking’ in Shizune’s mind. She wasn’t worthy of that.
No, she was getting well and truly FUCKED, and it was impossible for her not to squeal and holler at the top of her lungs, her hands clutching at the bedding on either side of her as he plows her silly.
Crying out in ecstasy again and again, Shizune loses track of how many orgasms she experiences in what is, ultimately, a short period of time. After all, Naruto and Hinata had already been fucking long before Shizune arrived. Was it any wonder then, that he didn’t last long that first time? His cock throbbing and pulsating inside of her, Naruto grunts… and fills her with the first of many, many loads of his seed.
Shizune quivers and shivers, before moaning wantonly and saying just one word, emphasizing it with all her heart.
“Mooooore~”
In that moment, there’s nothing else the medic-nin desires. She just wants more.

If a Chapter 2 is planned, it would be criminal to mention reviving the Uzumaki Clan and NOT include Karin.
