Themes: Pregnant Sex, Loving Sex, Dom/Sub
Summary: Part 2 of For Appearance's Sake. Inspired by this gif. Yor and Loid's relationship had evolved from a fake marriage with no sex life to a fake marriage with a very active sex life. But one thing has led to another... and Yor is pregnant. She doesn't know how to tell Loid, but in the end it just sort of comes out. Not that it matters. Loid will always be there to take care of her.

“L-Loid… Loid… Loid! Loi-mmph! Nnngh~”
As she suddenly finds herself contending with two fingers pushed into her mouth, pressing her tongue flat to the bottom, Yor flushes in embarrassment. Ah, she was… she was such a n-naughty slut, wasn’t she? Was it any wonder then, that Loid had to silence her like this? She was being too loud… to think, that would be a concern these days.
Loid gives her a look, but after a moment of seemingly assessing her, he doesn’t remove his fingers from her mouth, at least not right away. His other hand remains on her hip, guiding her up and down his cock as Yor rides him energetically and enthusiastically. She has to go hard and fast, after all. She’s not sure how much longer she’ll be able to do this for…
It’s been a couple of months since they turned their fake marriage with a nonexistent sex life into a fake marriage with an incredibly active sex life. Yor no longer worried that Loid would toss her aside, at least. But at the same time, she couldn’t get enough of him or… or sex with him. It was intoxicating, and she’d become rather… obsessive over their time together.
How else did you explain the current set of circumstances? She didn’t even bother dressing down after getting home from a job anymore. She was, as they fucked, still wearing her form-fitting halter-style black dress. The one that showed off her shoulders and cleavage. Of course, it was doing a LOT more than that, at the moment. The top of her dress was pulled down, while Yor was currently holding up the bottom of her skirt to give Loid… access.
Her fingerless gloves and black thigh-high boots are still on, and all she’s really done to truly give her fake husband but very real Dom ‘access’ is drag aside her lacy black panties so she could eagerly sink down his throbbing erection.
Breasts bouncing up and down, drawing even more muffled moans from Yor’s occupied lips as her sensitive nipples are toyed with by the air itself, Yor shudders and quivers, eyes fluttering as she experiences another explosive orgasm upon Loid’s cock.
She’s a mess. An utter mess. But Loid still takes care of her. He still handles her needs without complaint. In fact, after a moment, he chuckles and draws his slippery, saliva-coated fingers back out of her mouth. She’d started licking and slurping at them with her tongue, and even as he pulls them free, said tongue follows, trying to maintain contact.
“Yor… what am I going to do with you?”
His tone is more amused than exasperated, and she’s come to recognize that he’s not actually upset with her when he says things like that. And yet, if he knew the truth…
Yor flushes, as Loid’s hand instead moves to her chest. When he grabs one of her breasts right there on the spot and gives it a good, firm squeeze, she can’t help herself.
“Ooooh~”
The wanton moan that leaves her throat is even louder than the other noises she’s been making so far, as she rides him towards his release. Loid blinks, slightly taken aback, and experimentally fondles her some more. He garners similar reactions, making Yor flush and try to take his mind off of her too-sensitive tits for a moment.
“P-Please… fuck me harder, sir.”
Begging always gets his engine going, and in the past two months, Yor’s vocabulary has ballooned. She wasn’t the kind of girl to ever say something like ‘fuck’ before, but now that she knows how Loid reacts to hearing such a thing from her mouth, well, she’s happy to use it to her advantage.
Loid’s hands slide from the front of her body to the back at her little request. The blond grabs her by her ass cheeks and… begins to fuck her far harder. Even though Loid is on the bottom and Yor is on the top, that doesn’t mean she’s in control. Oh sure, she might have been doing all the work initially, but only for his pleasure… ALL for his pleasure. To keep him happy with her, o-of course.
Now though, it’s Loid who begins taking the reins. He fucks up into her from below, and with his grip on her ass, is soon driving her down his length much harder and faster than before. Yor’s toned derriere claps against his thighs, filling the room with the sound of flesh slapping against flesh as her head is thrown back, her eyes rolling around in her skull.
He’s so good at this. Too good for… for a liar like her. Moaning and whimpering, Yor brings her hands up to her own breasts, fondling the sensitive mammaries as she quivers in abject delight. She has to… she can’t keep lying to him. It’s far past the point where she has to tell him the truth.
“L-Loid…”
This time, when she calls out his name, it’s clearly important. He pauses, looking up at her as they both slow down the frenetic pace at which they’d been fucking.
“There’s something… something, I have to tell you.”
He furrows his brow, frowning slightly, and shakes his head.
“You don’t need to worry about keeping secrets. If it doesn’t involve me, then you don’t have to tell me.”
A very considerate thing to say, all things considered. For a moment, Yor is silent… but then she’s the one to shake her head, blushing even harder as she pants slowly.
“N-No… it does involve you. I’m… ah, I’m pregnant.”

This is how it feels to be Loid Forger in this moment. One, you’re completely blindsided. Yor is pregnant?! Well… that was the inevitable conclusion of the sort of whirlwind romance they’d been engaged in these past two months, wasn’t it? Neither of them had taken precautions, apparently. He certainly hadn’t… and neither had Yor. But then, had he expected her to, or had he simply ignored the possibility, burying his head in the sand and focusing on how good it felt to be in a sexual relationship with her?
Two, that was not the secret Loid expected her to lay bare. It wasn’t entirely obvious, and it had taken him a while to realize, but Yor DID have some sort of hidden double life. He’d started to really get that when she kept coming home in this black dress of hers, which he’d originally taken as her only formal wear when they’d initially gotten together, but now recognized was some uniform for a clandestine line of work that he didn’t know about.
Given his own clandestine line of work that YOR didn’t know about, well… Loid had decided to not pry, and to let her keep her secrets, even if it went against every fiber of his being as a consummate spy. Perhaps that should have been the first sign that something was off… that something was different about his and Yor’s relationship.
But this? Pregnancy? He hadn’t thought that would be the case… but now that Yor had said it, it all made sense. She’d clearly been in her own head about something for the past few days, which was about how long she’d likely known, Loid figured. On top of that… well, he hadn’t said anything because he didn’t want to be crass, but her breasts did look a little bit bigger… and were definitely more sensitive than before.
Running his hands over her hips experimentally, Loid stares at Yor’s abdomen, which so far is still relatively flat. Is he just imagining being able to see the barest hint of a baby bump there, or is he actually seeing the start of… of their child together? They’re going to have a baby. Loid is going to be a father… again. Obviously, Anya is his child through and through, even if they’re not flesh and blood. But this… this changes things.
“I-I’m sorry. I should have been more careful. I shouldn’t have-!”
Taking his silence as condemnation, Yor begins to apologize. As she whimpers and wrings her hands together however, Loid reaches up and grabs her by the back of her head, pulling her down into a deep, tongue-filled kiss.
“Mm!”
For a long moment, the two of them just makeout with one another. He’s still buried inside of her, and Yor is still impaled upon his length, sitting atop him. But neither is moving save for the movement of their tongues as they swap spit and kiss for what feels like an eternity. Finally, though, they do have to pull apart for air, at which point Loid gives Yor a broad smile.
“You have nothing to apologize for. We both bear responsibility.”
Yor flushes, but hesitantly nods, his confident and commanding tone making it impossible for her to disagree with him. Sweeping his gaze up and down his fake wife’s body again, Loid lets out a shuddering breath.
“And… even if it was an accident… I think it’s a happy one.”
If you’d told him back at the start of his and Yor’s sham relationship that this would happen, he won’t lie… he probably would have avoided the entire situation and given it up as a bad idea. Certainly, this was never the plan, for him to fall in love and get his fake wife pregnant like this. He… ah, he’d said it in his head, hadn’t he?
Loid hadn’t even allowed himself to think it, these past two months. The fact that he… well, that he’d fallen in love with Yor. As she stares down at him, wide-eyed and amazed at his words, he realizes he does in fact love her. No matter the other secrets she’s keeping from him, he’s developed romantic feelings for her, feelings he can’t just set aside, no matter how much he might want to. He’s hooked… and so is she, he likes to think.
Only one way to find out though, isn’t there? Today appears to be a day for revelations. One hand on Yor’s hip, Loid begins to move up into her again. As he starts bouncing her on his cock once more, he reaches up and tucks his fingers under Yor’s chin, staring her right in the eye.
“Yor… I love you.”

She’d thought she would be the one dropping the biggest bombshell today. And to be fair, announcing that she was pregnant WAS a pretty big bombshell. She hadn’t been sure how Loid would react. She’d been afraid of rejection, but also of another dozen little ways he might respond to the news.
Never, even in her wildest fantasies, did Yor think he would call their baby a happy accident, and then announce that he loved her. As he thrusts up into her from below, making yelps and squeaks and moans in equal measure leave her lips, Yor shivers and quivers atop him, blushing profusely. Her lower lip wobbles, and she doesn’t know what to say… except to repeat it back.
“I-I love you too, Loid!”
Not sir, but Loid. To be fair, she’d been failing to remember to call him ‘sir’ throughout this encounter… but to be equally fair, Loid hadn’t taken her to task a single time. While Yor appreciated their sexual relationship, while she enjoyed being dominated by her fake husband, sometimes the situation called for them to speak to each other as two mature adults, rather than as dom and sub.
This was one such situation. And as she says it back, she can see Loid is pleased with it, grinning up at her, beaming even. One of his hands goes down to her belly, running over her abdomen as he looks at where the new life, they’ve brother into this world together is currently growing in her womb. After a moment, he looks back up at her, suddenly serious.
“Yor Forger… legally, we’re already married. So technically, I have no right to ask you this again. But… will you marry me?”
Yor freezes, understanding that this time is for real. This time, Loid is asking her to marry him not just on paper, but in heart and soul. They would no longer be a fake couple with a very active sex life… they would be a real couple, with a real live baby on the way, a brother or sister for Anya. It was a lot to take in, and for a moment all of Yor’s old insecurities about being a terrible mother and wife come to the forefront.
She whimpers and covers her face with her hands, before immediately regretting it, afraid that Loid will misinterpret her actions as hating the idea. She LOVES the idea… she’s just afraid she’s not worthy of it. Luckily, Loid reaches up and grabs her hands, and when he pulls them away, Yor finds himself smiling knowingly.
“You don’t need to worry, Yor. You’re going to be as good a real mother and wife as you have been a fake one. And… I’ll be there to help you learn, every step of the way.”
It was wild, how this stoic, solid man could so easily set her worst fears at ease. In that moment, Yor knows that she can’t say anything but yes.
“Y-Yes! I’ll marry you!”
They kiss again, intertwining their fingers together, they hold hands as Yor bounces up and down on Loid’s cock and their tongues wrestle with one another once more. Until eventually, Loid spins them around so that she’s on bottom, and takes her on her back, fucking her to orgasm after orgasm and climax after climax. Her sensitive breasts bounce and jiggle, even as her legs spread wide in happy submission to her domineering husband.
To say Yor is happy would be an understatement. She positively ecstatic. It had all turned out better than she’d ever thought possible, to the point that she’s left wondering what she was ever worried about.
Sure, there’s still other concerns to worry about. She won’t be able to take any assassination missions sometime very soon, for fear of risking the baby. And now that they’re going to be real husband and wife, she should probably tell Loid the truth about herself and her real job.
But that could wait. That was all in the future. For now, Yor basks in the knowledge that she’s been well and truly claimed by a good man with a solid career and a capacity for both loving and disciplining her. They’re going to have a baby together… and so long as Loid is with her, Yor knows everything will be okay.
