Summary: Part 2 of The World, His Oyster. After a week of nonstop sex with Misato, Shinji finally goes to school. During lunch he is approached by Hikari Horaki, the Class Rep, who tells him that the school knows about his deal with the government and it applies everywhere. Hearing this Shinji decides to take advantage and proceeds plow the uptight girl right in her surprisingly fat ass.

“Ikari.”
Blinking, Shinji looks up from his sandwich to see Hikari Horaki, the cute Class Representative of Class 2-A, staring at him. The young woman almost seems to be shaking, her hands clenched into fists at her side as she stares at him with an intensity that honestly freaks Shinji out a little bit.
It’s his first day at school after a week spent fucking Misato. He still didn’t know how to feel about all of that, save for that it was great. Even still, the idea that he could have whatever he wanted? Technically, he didn’t even have to go to school. He’d asked for it though, because he needed some semblance of normalcy in his life. He didn’t want to become fully out of touch with reality.
“Ah… Class Rep? What is it?”
Crossing her arms over her chest, Hikari clenches her jaw.
“I know about your deal with the government. We all do.”
Shinji immediately freezes at hearing those words. They… know? That’s a bad thing, right? Like… for them to know is just… not what he wanted. Technically it’s not terrible, his deal with the government. But at the same time, it’s a little embarrassing, isn’t it?
“Ah… I see?”
From the exasperated huff that leaves Hikari’s lips, it’s obvious he doesn’t see what she’s actually saying.
“Your deal with the government applies everywhere, Ikari. To all facets of your life.”
Shinji just blinks, still not quite understanding until the Class Rep actually spells it out for him directly.
“If you wanted, you could do anything you wanted to any of us. No repercussions.”
Oh. Ohhhh. That explained why everyone had been walking on eggshells around him all day. In fact, Hikari was the first one who even dared approach him. Blanching a little bit, Shinji just shakes his head.
“I-I won’t. I wouldn’t. I promise, I won’t hurt any of you.”
“I don’t believe you.”
Her clipped response catches Shinji completely off-guard, leaving him staring at her with wide eyes and a slack jaw. She… she didn’t believe him?
“You’re a growing young man. I assume you like girls?”
Still too stunned to think properly, Shinji just nods before he can stop himself.
“Figured. It’s really only a matter of time before you decide you want to take advantage of your classmates. That’s why I’m here.”
That’s why she was there? To what? Tell him off? Threaten him? He opens his mouth to tell her there’s no need, but Hikari beats him to it.
“I’m the Class Rep, so it’s my responsibility to make sure as many students have a healthy learning environment as possible. And if that means I have to sacrifice myself to you… then so be it. Whatever you want from me, however you want it… just ask and its yours.”
Wait, what?! Shinji sputters and shakes his head, blushing profusely now.
“That won’t be necessary, Class Rep! I… I mean… I’m already getting those needs taken care of at home…”
It’s not like he wanted to admit he was already sexually active, especially to a cute girl like Hikari, but he felt forced into it. Unfortunately, the Class Rep doesn’t seem to be all that placated.
“That’s at home. This is school. Two different places… and boys like you always want more.”
The problem was, she wasn’t… wrong necessarily. Shinji was already growing erect, purely from Hikari’s offer. He didn’t like it, but he was indeed a growing young man with a healthy libido.
Still, he opens his mouth to reject her one last time all the same… only to pause as he notices something he’d almost overlooked. Namely, there’s the slightest tinge of pink to Hikari’s cheeks as she stares him down with that same frightening intensity as before. And while Shinji of a week ago would never have recognized it… c-could it be? Could Hikari be… aroused right now as well?
His mouth is suddenly incredibly dry. He doesn’t know how to check. He doesn’t… he wants to know, but also he doesn’t want to call her out in the middle of the lunch room. Everyone has given them a wide enough berth that their conversation is still private for the time being. Slowly, Shinji stands up and nods.
“… Let’s find somewhere more private, like an empty classroom.”
Now Hikari does blush, and properly too. But she still gives a crisp, sharp nod of her own before leading him out of the lunch room and down the hall. Soon enough, they’re standing in a classroom together, staring at one another.
“What… w-what do you want me to do first?”
Shinji just shakes his head. He wants to confirm his suspicions before anything else.
“Nothing. Just… stand there.”
Hikari does as she’s told, even as Shinji slowly approaches her. She shivers at his proximity, trembling even harder now. Her hands are once more at her sides, clenched into fists. And yet, Shinji isn’t sure its anger that’s making her tremble anymore. Slowly, he reaches out and pulls up Hikari’s skirt with one hand. He looks at her panties… they look wet. Carefully, he takes his other hand and slides his fingers into her panties properly.
The moment he touches Hikari’s pussy, he confirms his hypothesis. Hikari is wet. She’s very wet. Shinji only has his week of experiences with Misato to go off of, but Hikari seems to be dripping just as much as Misato tended to be. The Class Rep… was horrifically aroused right now.
A whimper escapes from Hikari’s lips as he touches her. Shinji glances up at her, wondering if he should call her out on it. But he doesn’t want to upset her. Clearly, she’s using this self-sacrifice of hers as a cover to get her own needs taken care of. It’s fairly duplicitous, but at the same time… Shinji isn’t all that upset by it. That said, there’s no reason he can’t tease her a little bit.
Grinning a little now, he pulls his fingers back and looks at them as Hikari does the same, her blush becoming downright atomic as she goes redder still.
“I can do… whatever I want to you then?”
“… Y-Yes. S-So long as you don’t touch any of the other girls, I’m all yours.”
Shinji carefully doesn’t mention that… well, the deal he made with the government supersedes any deal he makes with Hikari. Technically, he could have his way with her AND every other girl in the school and it would be backed by the full might of the government. Crazy to think about. Best to do something to take his mind off of it.
“Yeah? You’ll even give me your ass?”
He says it off the cuff, prompting a wide-eyed look from Hikari who sputters in shock.
“M-My ass?”
Nodding nonchalantly, Shinji shrugs his shoulders in feigned disinterest.
“Sure. You know… anal sex. I’ll fuck your ass, and then we’ll go back to lunch.”
He’s expecting her to do one of two things at this moment. Either she’ll immediately reject the idea completely and run away from him… or she’ll start trying to negotiate, offering up her other holes to him instead. Shinji is just trying to mess with her of course, he doesn’t actually need to fuck her ass… he’s already had his fair share of anal with Misato in the past week, alongside fellatio and normal vaginal sex.
Of course, what Shinji is NOT expecting is for Hikari to hesitate for barely a moment before nodding her head vigorously.
“Y-Yes… I’ll let you fuck me in the b-butt if you promise to leave the others alone.”
Shinji can’t help but stare, gobsmacked. That wasn’t the plan. And yet… well, it was what he’d asked for, wasn’t it? So at this point, he had no choice.
“… Alright, then bend over the desk.”
Hikari doesn’t even hesitate. Whipping around, she bends over the front of the teacher’s desk for him, looking back over her shoulders and trembling even harder. But now Shinji knows better. He knows her trembling is from arousal, not fear or anger. Stepping up behind the Class Rep, Shinji flips up her skirt and pulls down her panties. Hikari gasps at the suddenness of his actions, but to be fair, there’s no point in taking that part slow.
He's glad now that he had fucked Misato’s ass in the past week, because the more experienced woman had prepared him for today even if she didn’t know it. Thanks to his experience with anal, Shinji knew that he couldn’t just shove it in. That way lay pain and bleeding for Hikari, and Shinji had no intentions of hurting the girl, no matter how much of a slut she’d turned out to be.
Instead, he takes his fingers… and slides them into Hikari’s sopping wet cunt. The Class Rep moans as he swirls them around for a moment before pulling them out. With a generous dollop of sticky juices coating his digits, Shinji spreads Hikari’s ass cheek to the side and begins to apply his fingers to her asshole next. She’s remarkably clean back there, and of course very tight.
Hikari’s groans and moans fill the empty classroom as Shinji works his digits in and out of her back door. Whimpering, she looks back at him with a complicated expression on her face.
“Wha-… hah… what are you d-doing?”
“Getting you ready. I don’t want to hurt you, Hikari. I’m not a monster.”
“… O-Oh…”
Shinji offers her a knowing smile. He never in a million years thought he would be in this position. From his earlier first impression, he’d thought Hikari Horaki was an uptight sort of girl. Certainly, she’d seemed to take her duties as Class Representative VERY seriously. In that way, Shinji supposed she was continuing to do so by offering herself up to him in this fashion.
He had to admit… she had a surprisingly fat ass. Even as he digs his digits in and out of her back door, Shinji’s other hand is groping and squeezing Hikari’s bottom. Her front might have been a little flat, but she more than made up for it with a deceptive-looking backside that had turned out to be incredibly pillowy.
By the time he manages to work three fingers covered in Hikari’s own pussy juices up into the mewling girl’s ass, Shinji’s cock is very much straining against the confines of his pants. Finally releasing his hold on her ass, he fumbles for his belt and zipper, letting out a groan of relief when he finally gets is dick free and in open air.
This does not go unnoticed by Hikari though, who stiffens when she looks back over her shoulder and sees his phallus swinging back and forth. However, the Class Rep is still capable of surprises, because the next thing Shinji knows, she reaches back and spreads her ass cheeks apart with her own hands, panting a bit.
“P-Please… I know what young m-men like you like, Shinji Ikari. So please… fuck my ass with your big fat cock. I want you i-inside of me. I’ll do whatever it takes to… to take care of your needs.”
Shinji almost mentions HER needs in that moment, since it feels like he’s taking care of her just as much as she’s taking care of him. But nah, he’s not about to start a fight over it. Rather, he takes her offer for what it is, stepping forward and placing the tip of his cock against her glistening, loosened asshole. When she stiffens up in response, he waits a beat in anticipation of her getting cold feet… but it never happens.
And so, Shinji slowly begins to slide his cock into the uptight but also slutty Class Rep’s ass. He pushes inch after inch of his dick into Hikari’s back door, filling her bowels bit by bit as she moans. His hands return to her ass cheeks when her own hands go forward again, supporting her against the teacher’s desk. He grips tightly at her satisfyingly plush posterior and groans at how her asshole, clearly ‘virginal’ until now, tightens up around his cock.
Technically, he could have done this in the lunch room. He could have made Hikari bend over in front of everyone. The thought brings a blush to Shinji’s face. He didn’t want to go that far, necessarily. But… it was a sign of things to come that he was even thinking about it. His intentions had been to use school as a place of normalcy, but instead Hikari had revealed to him the truth. There was no normalcy anymore.
This was the new normal. Having girls like the Class Rep offer themselves up on a silver platter because he was their savior. Not just their savior, but their last hope for salvation on top of that. The Angels weren’t going to stop coming. Now that they were back, it was only a matter of time before the next attack. In that regard, Shinji was the only thing standing between humanity and complete annihilation.
In that regard, he supposed it made sense that they would want to keep him happy. However, Hikari wasn’t doing this just to keep him happy, was she? She was also doing this because underneath the uptight and serious demeanor she showed off, she was a perverted little freak.
With that in mind, Shinji doesn’t hold back for long with her. Only as long as it takes to make sure he’s done his due diligence. Once he’s confident that he’s not going to hurt her, he begins to fuck her asshole properly, just like Misato taught him. Hikari squeals at first, but is soon moaning up a storm in response, until finally…
“Oh fuuuuck~”
Shinji’s eyebrows raise at the sudden crass exclamation from the girl. Hikari’s entire body spasms, and he blinks as she squirts all over the front of the teacher’s desk, experiencing an anal orgasm of all things. He only knew what those were because of Misato, but he had to admit… he didn’t think he would get to see Hikari cum like this. It’s honestly incredibly hot, and Shinji grunts as he feels his balls beginning to tighten up.
Well, he can’t cum outside. They’ve already made quite the mess of things, and he doesn’t want her to have to wear his jizz for the rest of the day. And so, being the gentleman that he is, Shinji creampies the Class Rep’s bowels, filling her ass with his seed until there’s nothing left and his balls have ran dry.
Shuddering under him, Hikari is reduced to panting, heaving breaths as she quivers and trembles in place. When he pulls out, however, she’s quick to look back at him.
“You’ll… you’ll come to me from now on, r-right? If you have… needs to be taken care of, you’ll let me handle them from this point f-forward, correct? You don’t need to bother the other girls… I’m here for you.”
Somehow, Shinji suspected that Hikari’s words were a lot less about protecting their classmates from him, and a lot more about getting her own desires satisfied. He considers promising to leave the others alone anyways… but in a moment of insight, realizes that might not be a promise he can keep. So instead, he stays quiet, fixing up his pants and walking out of the classroom, leaving Hikari behind to recover on her own time.
He didn’t know what the future held. But he was beginning to come to expect the unexpected all the same…

So, what do we have to do to get this one serialized, Cambrian?
Akuma-Heika
A little worried that it will get the Code Geass treatment...which sucks double because I love CG, and this NGE set up is great, so I will feel betrayed twice over :(
