Summary: Part 3 of The World, His Oyster. Gendo, wanting to regain control over Shinji, orders Rei to seduce Shinji so she can manipulate the boy for him. He probably should have thought that through a bit more. Rei accepts the orders given to her and proceeds to fuck Shinji in the middle of class. However the more they fuck the less Rei could care about following Gendo’s orders and the more she focuses only on making Shinji happy and draining his dick.

Just when he thinks he’s starting to get a handle on his new life, something else has to happen to throw him a little off course again. This time around, it’s Rei Ayanami. The blue-haired girl that his father had used to blackmail Shinji into piloting an EVA in the first place. That very first day, Shinji had been pressganged into fighting the Angel because if he didn’t, it was Rei, broken and covered in bandages and casts, who would be forced to do so instead.
Honestly, Shinji would have thought that recovery would have taken a lot longer than this. But there she was. Wearing the school uniform like every other girl in class, Rei nevertheless managed to effortlessly stand out. Not only was she blue-haired, an oddity in and of itself, but she was also the tallest girl and class… and most definitely the bustiest.
Even Hikari couldn’t help shooting a few glances at Rei’s chest before looking down at her own, clearly comparing the two of them and, finding herself wanting, frowning slightly in irritation. Shinji, meanwhile, wasn’t entirely sure what to do about Rei… especially when the young woman had sat herself right beside him in class and spent more time focused on Shinji then on the lesson at hand.
Not that their teacher seems inclined to call her on it. Or interact with Rei or Shinji in any way. Indeed, the teacher seems to prefer to pretend like Shinji doesn’t exist, and seeing as Rei is clearly directly associated with him, she’s become invisible by association. In the end though… it was apparently only a matter of time before Rei decided to test that invisibility.
Suddenly rising from her seat, the blue-haired, red-eyed young woman steps towards Shinji… and drops to her hands and knees. The class had gone still when Rei first stood up, even their teacher glancing over. However, at seeing her suddenly crawling under Shinji’s desk, their teacher immediately begins lecturing even more loudly, trying to get the attention of everyone else in the classroom back, to limited success.
Shinji, meanwhile, pulls back his chair a little bit, looking down into Rei’s red eyes as she reaches for his crotch and begins to fiddle with his belt and pants.
“What… what are you doing?”
Glancing up at him stoically, Rei explains herself in a rather robotic manner, her every movement mechanically efficient in a way that almost makes her seem inhuman.
“I have noticed your arousal, Shinji Ikari. I have been assigned to take advantage of that arousal in order to seduce you so that your father might be able to manipulate you through me once more.”
Wait, what? Shinji’s mouth opens… and then closes. Wasn’t that overtly honest?! Surely she wasn’t supposed to just… tell him all of that!
Rei doesn’t seem to care that she might have shared too much however. She’s got his cock out in her hand now, and as she strokes it up and down, her other hand goes to her blouse, beginning to undo the buttons there.
“I have seen you spending an inordinate amount of time staring at my chest since I entered the classroom. I assume you will enjoy this next part very much.”
Still working with only one hand while giving him a mechanically efficient handjob with the other, Rei exposes her chest to him. Then, still kneeling under his desk, she leans forward… and promptly wraps her breasts around his shaft. Shinji’s breath hitches, and he watches as she slides her tits up and down his length, staring up at him all the while. He can’t help but stare back down at her. There’s just something about her. Something… unbearably sad.
So his father wasn’t down for the count just yet. Truth be told, Shinji knew he only had himself to blame. But then again, you try being a shy, introverted kid with abandonment issues for much of your life, and then have unlimited power and influence dropped in your lap. Suddenly being able to do whatever the fuck he wanted sounded sweet on paper, but Shinji had to admit… it wasn’t so easy to wrap his head around.
Oh sure, things like asking for certain meals that he was feeling like eating, or even having electronics and games set up for him to play… those were pretty simple. He’d gotten over his hang-ups regarding requests like that pretty quick. Likewise, even sex was… well, it’d become a fact of life from Shinji recently. He kind of enjoyed it. He enjoyed it a lot.
However, beyond that… things like deciding someone should be punished for messing with him? Or lose their job for being an asshole? That was a lot harder for Shinji to just… sign off on. Certainly all but impossible for him to ask for. Even when that someone was his absentee father. Even when the man had all but coerced him into entering the EVA in the first place.
That said… looking down into Rei’s emotionless eyes as she slides her tits up and down his cock, lowering her mouth to suckle at the tip of his engorged member, Shinji feels something welling up inside of him. And no, it’s not just arousal, though there IS plenty of that. It’s… it’s anger. Anger not for himself, but for Rei. Anger at his father on Rei’s behalf, for forcing her to do this. Was she even really healed? Had she had the time to properly convalesce? She didn’t SEEM hurt still, but she… was she even truly supposed to be out of bed right now?
Jaw clenching, Shinji reaches down under the desk… and places a hand on Rei’s cheek.
“Please stop for a moment, Rei.”
He tries to keep his voice down, well aware that they’re still being watched by plenty of their classmates, despite their teacher’s best efforts to hold the classroom’s attention. Rei, meanwhile, immediately obeys, pulling off of his cock with a pop and just kneeling there, her tits wrapped around his dick but no longer sliding up and down.
“You… know that I was given a free pass to do whatever I want, right? Whatever I decide to do, whatever actions I take… they’re sanctioned by the government, wholly and utterly.”
Rei nods her head in easy agreement.
“Yes, Shinji Ikari. I am aware.”
“Then… technically, I outrank my father, don’t I? Or at least… my orders should supersede his, right?”
Again, Rei nods.
“Yes. This is why I have explained his plan to you. You have the highest possible clearance level, so even if he had thought to tell me to keep his orders to seduce you a secret, I would not have done so. You are above him in terms of authority, Shinji Ikari.”
To have her spell it out like that… well, it was what it was. Letting out an explosive breath, Shinji gives Rei his best smile, trying to inject as much earnest warmth into it as possible.
“Then… listen carefully Rei. From now on, you don’t follow my father’s orders. From now on, you answer only to me. I’m taking you under MY authority and mine alone. Do you understand?”
With her chest still occupied with his cock, Rei pauses for a moment… and then bobs her head up and down, showing her comprehension of his words.
“Good. Then… ignore all previous orders from Gendo Ikari.”
“Understood. What should I do instead, sir?”
Licking his lips, Shinji considers taking advantage of Rei for a moment… but no, he’s not that kind of man. How could he possibly justify ordering Rei to finish him off when he could literally get Hikari to do it consensually? Or hell, when he had Misato waiting at him for him, all too eager to be fucked again?
Instead, Shinji gives Rei an easy grin, sitting back in his chair.
“Whatever you want, Rei. You can do whatever makes you happy.”
He’s honestly feeling rather smug in that moment. Pulling one over on dear ole dad, and in the same breadth, freeing Rei from the would-be sexual slavery his father was trying to force her into. Or was it unwilling prostitution? Either way, Shinji wasn’t about to-!
His thoughts are cut off mid-word by Rei’s next actions. After thinking about it for a second, the topless young woman had pulled back from his cock and crawled out from under the desk. This, Shinji had been expecting. However, what he wasn’t expecting was for Rei to suddenly climb into his lap just as he was reaching down to put his dick away.
And he DEFINITELY wasn’t expecting her to hike up her skirt, tuck her panties to one side, and impale herself upon his cock in one smooth, elegant motion as his hands scramble to grab her ass and provide support for the woman suddenly bouncing on his dick. Sputtering, well aware that NO ONE is able to look away from the sight of Rei getting fucked in the middle of the class now, Shinji gives up trying to keep his voice down, positively squeaking as he looks up into Rei’s red eyes.
“R-Rei?! What are you doing?”
The blue-haired young woman is still as stoic as ever as she looks down at him, her arms draped over his shoulders and her tits mere inches away from her face. However, if Shinji didn’t know better, he’d say there was a spark of something more in those eyes of hers. Hiding just out of sight behind her stoicism and her emotionless façade.
“I am doing whatever makes me happy, sir. This is what makes me happy.”
Shinji blushes at Rei’s blunt honesty. Meanwhile, she in turn clenches down on his cock, a soft, quiet moan managing to escape her lips as she continues to ride him. So… apparently, this was happening now. He had every intention of letting Rei do her own thing. He definitely didn’t want to force her to have sex with him. Especially after learning it was under the orders of his skeevy father.
But now? If it was of Rei’s own volition…
Groaning as his cock throbs inside of her clenching pussy, Shinji tries not to stare too hard at Rei’s bouncing tits as they boing-boing-boing up and down right in front of his face.
“You… hardly even know me, Rei. H-How is this what makes you happy?”
She doesn’t quite pause, still riding him as hard and as fast as ever, but she does tilt her head to the side, as if actually considering his question.
“… You saved me, Shinji Ikari. You did not have to. I am replaceable. And yet… you chose to pilot the EVA in my place. This makes me happy. And rewarding you for your actions also makes me happy.”
Shinji’s mouth opens and closes, a thousand different responses on the tip of his tongue. Things like ‘you don’t have to let me fuck you just because I saved your life’ and ‘my dad probably wouldn’t have made you pilot anyways, even if I had refused!’ along with many more. And yet, Shinji doesn’t say any of those things. For one, he can FEEL Rei’s pussy walls clenching down upon his cock and so he knows that she’s telling the truth. This… having sex with him isn’t just about rewarding him. Rei IS enjoying herself.
For two, Shinji can’t lie. His father definitely WOULD have made Rei pilot the EVA if Shinji had refused. The ultimatum that the young man had been presented with was one hundred percent real. That said…
A low growl leaves Shinji’s throat, rumbling its way out of his chest as he suddenly gives Rei’s ass cheeks a slightly harsher squeeze. In response, she gasps before looking down at him questioningly.
“You are not replaceable, Rei. Do you hear me? You just aren’t, okay?”
Rei remains silent for a long moment after that, staring at him seemingly passively, but also still riding his cock like there’s no tomorrow. Finally though, she speaks.
“… Okay.”
Deciding then and there to PROVE it to her, Shinji suddenly surges up out of his chair. It gets knocked over, clattering behind him while Shinji himself hoists Rei onto his desk. She sits there on the edge of it, moaning as he leans in and begins to suck and slurp at her tits. Her naked breasts, each capped with a nice big nipple, are suddenly under assault as Shinji continues fucking Rei. No longer is he letting her do all the work though. Now, he’s the one doing the thrusting, pounding into Rei right there atop his desk.
At the same time, his hands find her hands. His fingers intertwine with his fingers. In that moment, Shinji feels a connection that he can’t quite explain. Rei is… she’s not like the others he’s fucked so far. Sure, Misato and Hikari were both really nice and all, but… Rei was different. Maybe it was the fact that they were both pilots? Or maybe it was something deeper than that. Shinji didn’t know. He couldn’t say.
He could investigate their connection later, along with finally seeing his father replaced. Shinji knew, of course, that Gendo Ikari thought himself irreplaceable. He didn’t think that anyone could do the job he did. Shinji didn’t have to know the details of what Gendo actually did to know this was the case. All he needed was to know his father. The man was arrogance and ego personified.
And yet, Shinji had met some good people working at NERV. Smart, hard-working people. Shinji had all of the power in the world… so what was to say he couldn’t have one of them, likely just as capable as his father, replace the man as Commander of NERV?
Ah, but he’d make that happen later. For now, Shinji continues to fuck Rei, plowing her on his desk in front of the entire class. He’s aware that they’re all watching him, even the teacher having given up trying to corral the students into something resembling order. But truth be told, Shinji just doesn’t care. Let them watch. Let them know. Rei is his now… and he’s not going to let anyone or anything, not even his own father, hurt her anymore.
They fuck so long that the bell goes off. At first, no one moves… but eventually, the classroom empties out, even the teacher leaving them to it. All the while, Shinji gets Rei to moan and mewl. He watches her stoicism slowly crack under the constant onslaught of pleasure he’s pushing onto her. And he enjoys how her sopping wet cunt contracts and tightens around his pistoning prick as she orgasms time and time again.
Finally, Shinji can hold back no longer. He cums and cums, filling Rei with his seed. But even though it’s the end of their first time together… Shinji has a feeling that things are really just beginning.

So, we stopped on Chapter 3. 😢 While I find the idea of Shinji fucking someone with abandon in the classroom, he should have had Hikari join them.

Plus, why would he think that a teenager with a different hair and eye color would be his mother? The primary identifiers for humans are colors and shapes, usually in that order. If your colors diverge too much, then you don't get recognized.

Only doing it because Eva always makes me think lol

Fair lol

bruh, you're putting way too much thought into smut. that said, ofc Shinji is fucked up in his head. He's the son of Gendo Ikari lmao
Kaijucifer
I mean yeah TECHNICALLY that is true but Gendo made her in the image of yui, with intentions to try and bring her back. And given she looks almost exactly like Yui if not for the hair color, Shinji should have at least SOME second guessing going on here unless he's really that fd up in his head that he now sees his deceased mother as sexually attractive and thus has no qualms with boning someone who has her face

She isn't? She is a kind of hybrid, using some of Yui's DNA, some of Lillith's, and probably some from other women, to create the perfect human-angel hybrid. Yui is EVA 01.

Wondering why the fact that Rei is a clone of Yui, Shinji's mother, isn't being addressed here lol. I'm not personally offended by incest but I can't speak for others lol
