Summary: Part 6 of In Over Her Head. As Samui nears her due date, Sakura and Shizune arrive to help her deliver the baby. However, they but wind up both getting more than they bargained for as Samui can’t get enough of Naruto’s dick, even heavily pregnant. Lucky they're there to pick up the slack, isn't it?
-x-X-x-
As Sakura and Shizune both approach the newly instituted Uzumaki Clan Compound, they hear the people they’ve come to see long before they actually lay eyes on them.
“Ooooh fuck yes Samui… you’re such a good little cocksucker, shiiiit…”
Exchanging a glance between the two of them, both have… slightly different reactions. Shizune blushes and ducks her head shyly, while Sakura blushes and scowls a little bit. Was Naruto really wringing Samui out even now? The mother of his child was due to pop any day now!
Correction… the FIRST mother of his children. There was a reason Naruto had been given this old property to be his new Clan Compound. He’d been quite busy, ever since Samui switched sides and joined the village. First with Anko Mitarashi of all people, then with Hinata Hyuga, which made a lot more sense for anyone who knew the girl… and more recently with Temari of all people!
It wasn’t quite bordering on Naruto having a harem just yet, but in order to appease both the Hyuga Clan and their allies in Suna, Naruto had had to be given the property as well as the title of Clan Lord. It was expected that he would fill out the ranks of his clan quite rapidly, both with newborn babies… and more women to impregnate with said newborn babies.
Of course, that WASN’T why Sakura and Shizune were here. No sir! They were on a mission from the Sixth Hokage himself to help Samui with the birth. It wouldn’t do for any complications to arise regarding the birth of Naruto’s first child. Not only was it very important to their diplomatic relations that the Uzumaki Clan be seen as strong and hearty from the very beginning, but also Naruto was Kakashi’s student and Sakura’s beloved teammate.
So yes, the two best medical ninja in the entire village had been assigned to help Samui through the final weeks of her pregnancy. She was due to pop any day now, which was why Sakura and Shizune were here… nothing else!
And yet… that confident belief takes its first hit when the two kunoichi storm into the Uzumaki Clan Compound’s main building, and bear witness to what Naruto and Samui are currently up to. The sight that greets them is debauched and depraved, to say the least. Naruto is standing there, smiling down at Samui, who is currently dropped into a crouch. They’re both completely naked, meaning that Sakura and Shizune can see all of Samui’s incredibly pregnant belly and enhanced, overly sensitive tits as she reaches down past her pregnancy with one hand to finger her sloppy, wet cunt.
However, far from Naruto forcing the pregnant blonde to fellate him… its abundantly obvious that this couldn’t be further from the truth. Rather, the unpredictable shinobi has his hands back behind his head, laced through his hair. Samui is the one who’s doing all the work, sucking his cock with audible gusto as she gurgles and gags on his… impressive… massive member.
Neither Sakura nor Shizune can see the entirety of Naruto’s dick as they skid to a halt and stare at the shamefully arousing scene in gobsmacked silence. But what they CAN see… is very, VERY impressive.
Glancing up and finally noticing them, Naruto blinks and then develops a shit-eating grin as he offers them a cheery wave.
“Heya Sakura! Heya Shizune!”
Both med-nins have seen a lot in their time as professional healers. This will be Sakura’s first time helping a woman give birth, but not Shizune’s. They’ve seen it all too, all the horrors of war and the battlefield. But neither of them have ever seen a cock as big as Naruto’s, or a woman as obsessed and debauched as the heavily pregnant Samui. This is distinctly outside of the pair’s wheelhouse.
Shizune’s blush redoubles, and she stutters and stammers, the older med-nin not seeming to know how to respond. Sakura, however, is recovering rapidly and gathering herself up to give Naruto a piece of her mind, fat cock or no fat cock!
… However, before she can speak, Samui registers their presence at long last as well and proceeds to draw herself back off of Naruto’s huge honkin’ prick. As she does so, the other two women get their first full, unobstructed view of Naruto’s entire cock. Its just as big as they both thought, but extrapolating is one thing, actually seeing it is something else entirely.
“Oh good, you’re both finally here. Tell Naruto its perfectly fine to fuck me still, please.”
Samui’s first words to them don’t help the already short-circuiting med-nins very much either. They’re both still struggling to come to terms with the situation they find themselves in, only to hear something like that from Samui. Like a bucket of ice water down their backs, they’re both jolted back to reality when they finally process the expectant blonde kunoichi’s words.
“I-It’s not!”
“You can’t!”
Shizune and Sakura answer at the same exact time, before sharing a glance and going in one after the other.
“You’re much too far along to be having sex in your state!”
“E-Especially with a behemoth like that…”
Sakura looks at Shizune askance for that last comment, but the older kunoichi pays her no mind, staring transfixed at Naruto’s cock. The man in question, meanwhile, just nods along with them, grinning smugly.
“Told you it wasn’t safe, Samui. You’ll just have to wait until the baby is born and you’ve recovered. Listen to the professionals~”
Naruto’s sing-song tone and Samui’s uncharacteristic and altogether mighty pout throw both Sakura and Shizune for another loop. There was no doubt in either woman’s mind before coming here that Naruto had to be the ‘aggressor’ so to speak. He must be the one pushing for all the sex right? And yet, now they were here… and it turned out Naruto was the responsible one?! Neither Sakura nor Shizune knew quite what to think of that.
“… Fine! But you’ll both have to satisfy him with your bodies in the meantime.”
Wait, what?! Blanching, but also experiencing a slight thrill at the prospect, BOTH of the med-nins are now staring down at Naruto’s cock in a mixture of trepidation and anticipation. Its twitching and throbbing, glistening with Samui’s saliva as Naruto watches them both with a knowing smirk.
“There’s no way-!”
“O-Of course we will!”
For the second time in so many minutes, Sakura looks at Shizune askance. More than askance really, the pink-haired med-nin gapes at her senior, completely taken aback by Shizune’s easy agreement. Looking over at Sakura, Shizune blushes… but seems to have found her spine, because NOW she holds her ground.
“I-It is our duty as professionals to care for the patients in our c-care, Sakura. Not just Samui… but also Lord Uzumaki. Since Samui is currently not in a state to handle Lord Uzumaki’s needs… the duty falls to us.”
Sputtering, Sakura looks between Shizune and Naruto’s cock, eyes wide and mouth opening and closing like a goldfish.
“D-Don’t… don’t be r-ridiculous! Surely not!”
Straightening up to her full height, lifting up her nose imperiously, Shizune stares down it at her junior.
“The Sixth Hokage put me in charge of this mission, Sakura. You will follow my orders, or you will be reassigned.”
… Its really not as much of an ultimatum as it could be. Unless, that is, Sakura was just looking for an excuse to be browbeat into submission. Certainly, if she were truly against it, she would just take the easy out that Shizune was providing her and get reassigned. Leaving Shizune all alone to get every last inch of Naruto’s cock for herself…
Sakura’s eyes dart between Naruto and Samui, and Shizune as she hesitates for a moment… before making her decision.
-x-X-x-
“Oooh~ p-please Naruto… don’t tease us too long~”
“Nnngh… c-can’t believe I’m doing this.”
Kneeling on the bed on their hands and knees, Shizune and Sakura are both buck naked… and being fingered from behind by a grinning Naruto, three of his digits pistoning in and out of their sloppy wet cunts.
The moment the fateful words leave Sakura’s lips, she stiffens up and looks back over her shoulder just in time to see Naruto’s grin grow so wide it threatens to split his face.
“Naruto…”
Her tone of warning has a lot less heat to it given her current position, and so Naruto doesn’t bother heeding her even for a moment.
“Believe it, Sakura.”
Sakura groans in exasperation, before yelping as Naruto pulls his fingers from her twat and gives her a spanking across her naked but toned ass.
S-SMACK!
Pulling off to stand directly behind Shizune, Naruto drags his fingers out of her as well, before taking his cock in hand and placing it against the entrance of Shizune’s ready, plump, puffy pussy lips.
“H-Hey. Why do she get to go first?”
Naruto blinks at Sakura’s whining tone, giving her an incredulous look even as he lines up with Shizune and gently but firmly slides into her from behind. Shizune moans out before giving Sakura her response.
“Ooooh~ P-Privileges of being mission l-lead, Sakura. W-Wait your turn.”
The pink-haired kunoichi pouts mightily at that, and slides a hand down between her legs, fingering herself as Naruto begins to rail Shizune right beside her. They all know that Sakura doesn’t have any real room to complain about any of this anymore. Not only had she tried to act like she didn’t want it in the first place, but she’d also then gone and stuck around when Shizune gave her an opportunity to leave.
Ultimately though, Shizune is getting first dibs for all the obvious reasons… and mostly because Naruto can’t help but tweak Sakura one last time before he finally fucks her. Grinning ferally, Naruto begins to really give it to Shizune, plowing her practically nonstop into the bed as she claws at the bedding beneath her.
“Yessss! Harder! Mooooore~”
The more he fucks her with every last inch of his dick, the more vocal Shizune becomes. The shy and introverted nature of the med-nin falls away, her inhibitions leaving her as she begs him to fuck her hard and fast and without reservation. Which of course, Naruto is happy to do for her. More than happy, in fact, especially with Sakura letting out cute little whines and wiggling her hips off to the side, trying to get his attention.
But eventually he does feel himself getting close… and, well, technically Shizune and Sakura are only doing this because Samui is incapable. NOT because they’re both joining Clan Uzumaki. At the same time, getting the village’s best two med-nins in his clan WOULD be quite the coup, wouldn’t it?
Grinning even wider than before, Naruto reaches out and grabs Shizune by her hair, dragging the moaning woman’s head back as he continues to pound her cunt raw.
“Hey, Shizune… I’m getting close. Where do you want it?”
There, that’s nice and noncommittal, right? He’s not pressuring Shizune at all, he’s not demanding anything of her, he’s-
“Inside! Fucking breed me, N-Naruto! Pump a batch of that virile baby batter into my f-fertile womb before its too late! I want to have your kids!!!”
… And there it is. Naruto lets out a laugh and proceeds to give Shizune precisely what she asked for. Beside them, Sakura has gone still and quiet, her eyes wide as she stares at her senior while Shizune’s own eyes roll back in her head and her tongue lolls out of her mouth. Sakura gets a direct view of Shizune being bred well and truly by Naruto, as the blond shinobi proceeds to pump a hot, thick load of cum into her womb right there on the spot.
When he pulls out, Sakura blushes, looking like she wants to say something. But in the end, she closes her mouth and wiggles her hips at him, ready for action. Naruto however… isn’t about to let her off as easily as Shizune got off.
Reaching forward, he doesn’t grab her by her hips… but rather winds his arms under her legs and lifts up. Sakura yelps as she’s suddenly pulled flat off the bed and abruptly folded like a pretzel in Naruto’s arms. As she squirms for a moment before settling into the full nelson position, a noise of irritation draws Sakura’s attention to Samui.
The heavily pregnant blonde has grabbed Shizune by the hair and dragged her in to eat out the pussy right in front of her. At the same time, an icy blue gaze meets Sakura’s eyes as Samui frowns.
“You’re so lucky… enjoy this moment, girl. It’s not every woman that receives the full breadth of Naruto’s power.”
Sakura opens her mouth, though what she would have said not even she knows. Naruto never gives her the chance to respond, impaling her folded body upon his cock in the very next moment. She squeals instead, shuddering as his dick buries itself in her hungering twat right there on the spot.
For all her reluctance, for all her vocal denial, Sakura Haruno ahegaos even faster upon her teammate’s cock then Shizune did. Within a few thrusts, she’s screeching as she cums for him, and her eyes are already rolling back in her head. A few thrusts after that, her tongue is sticking straight out of her mouth, and her pussy walls are positively slamming down on his dick, trying to hold him in place, trying to get a respite… but unable to.
They can neither keep Naruto from leaving her pussy, nor stop him from coming in. He fucks right through her rapidly spasming cunt as Sakura cums again and again, her entire body bouncing and jiggling as he fucks her in a standing full nelson without mercy and without hesitation.
The faces Sakura makes as Samui watches on and Shizune eats the pregnant blonde out are… utterly ridiculous and very shameful. But far from making fun of her, Samui just looks more and more jealous, growling in impotent annoyance.
Looking past Sakura’s head, Naruto sees this and lets out a little chuckle.
“Not to worry, Samui… it won’t be long before you’re ready for me to breed another baby into you. Just focus on giving birth for now… soon, we’ll have our first child. I’m excited.”
Naruto has always had a… blunt way with words. Ultimately, Samui can do nothing but blush and nod at his statement, her free hand coming up to run along her belly in quiet contemplation. Meanwhile, Sakura is anything BUT quiet.
As he closes in on his next release, Naruto slows down and is much more… direct with Sakura than he was with Shizune.
“Well, Sakura? Want me to cum inside? Want me to knock you up? To pump a batch of my virile baby batter into you, as Shizune put it? Say the word, it’s your choice.”
For a long moment, Sakura doesn’t respond. And then…
“Y-Yes… please… breed me…”
Its uncharacteristically timid of her, but its all Naruto needs to hear. He picks up the pace again and a handful of moments later Sakura experiences another explosive orgasm that in turn tips Naruto right over the edge. He cums and cums, filling her womb just as he did Shizune.
With this, the future of Clan Uzumaki is secured, having two strong medical ninja joining their ranks. Laying out Sakura next to Shizune on the bed, Naruto gazes upon what he has wrought and smiles a satisfied smile. For he likes what he sees.

I am surprised that Sakura didn't use any of the super strength that she has at this point. She could have used that in her cunt to see if she could be the first ro give Naruto a run for his money.
