Summary: Part 8 of Unlimited Perversity. Issei, feeling good about everything, decides to pay Sona a visit while she’s meeting with the rest of the Student Council. Given his strength no one challenges him when he bends the Sitri heiress over and starts fucking her dump truck ass in front of her Peerage. They try to act like nothings happening but after Issei dumps a load in Sona’s ass and between Sona’s enhanced tits, the rest of her Peerage wants the same.

“So you see, Madam President, they-!”
They’re in the middle of a meeting when Issei enters the room. The Student Council, that is. The last time he was in here was for a private one-on-one conversation with one Student Council President, Sona Shitori. Aka, Sona Sitri, Devil Heiress of the Sitri Clan. Of course, that ‘private’ conversation had ended with face down, bent over her own desk, and getting railed in the ass by one Issei Hyoudou. Hell, she’d asked him to do it!
Issei had come a long way since then… but in many ways, he hadn’t changed at all. The greatest way he’d improved, he would say, was in his confidence. When he’d first been in here with Sona, Issei had still not fully understood his own power. He’d still been trying to learn just how far he could go. It had taken him time to realize that the answer to that question wasn’t some quantifiable line in the sand… rather, it was another question. Namely, how far did he WANT to go?
The perverted Reincarnated Devil had flat out cuckolded a Great Satan by NTRing his wife away from him. Grayfia Lucifuge, commonly known as one of the strongest devils in all the Underworld aside from the Great Satans themselves, was now Issei’s bitch. His loyal slutty maid, desperate for his cock.
In the face of that, one might see Sona and her Student Council as small potatoes… but Issei didn’t view it that way. They were all women at the end of the day. And Issei was a lover of women in all shapes and sizes.
That said, when he steps into the Student Council room, they all fall quiet immediately, eyes widening as they turn to regard him. He, in turn, regards them right back. The entire Student Council is in attendance… save for Saji. It was a shame, because Issei really didn’t have anything against the guy… but the other boy hadn’t survived the inadvertent purge caused by Issei’s aura.
For whatever reason, Saji simply hadn’t been able to stick it out. Likely for reasons of inferiority if Issei was being brutally honest, but he really didn’t want to speculate. The point was, Saji was gone… but the entire Kuoh Academy Student Council remained. It wasn’t just because they were Sona’s peerage. Saji was still one of Sona’s pawns after all, he’d just been moved to another school.
None of the girls had moved though. Despite the Student Council commonly being considered the bastion of good, rule-abiding, prim and proper young women… they were still here. In Issei’s territory. Wearing the same exact shortened skirts that everyone else in the school was wearing by this point.
Grinning at this sight, taking in the view and enjoying all of the visible thigh he’s seeing from those girls who are standing up or sitting in such a way that he can see their legs, Issei waves a hand dismissively.
“Oh, don’t mind me. In fact… pretend like I’m not even here.”
There’s a pause as they process that instruction, and then Sona clears her throat.
“You heard him. Tsubaki, you were saying?”
Sona’s queen flushes and pushes her glasses up the bridge of her nose before nodding.
“R-Right, as I was saying…”
Issei won’t lie… he tunes her out. Its something about Kuoh Academy and its behind the scenes running. All logistics and what not. Dreadfully boring stuff, mind-numbing really. Issei can’t be bothered to pay attention honestly. And so he doesn’t. He ignores what Tsubaki is saying, in favor of slowly prowling around the room, enjoying the view.
Several of the Student Council are trying to follow his order and pretend like he’s not there, keeping their eyes on Tsubaki and Sona even if their attention is definitely split. However, all of them are unconsciously flaunting their bodies in his direction, posing without even realizing it, trying to entice him to pay attention to them… and perhaps something more.
One in particular is not just unconsciously flaunting what she has for him, however. She’s doing it on purpose, with Issei more than able to tell the difference at this point. Amused, Issei wanders over to Tomoe Meguri, even as she pretends like she’s not thrusting her tits out for him. Without asking for permission or a single iota of hesitation, he reaches out and casually gropes her through her blouse with one hand.
She gasps, her breath hitching, and then moans as he rolls her nipple through her shirt in his fingers. Once again, conversation in the Student Council room grounds to a halt.
Looking up, Issei just grins.
“Hm? Something the matter?”
Blushing profusely by this point, Sona Sitri trembles in her chair behind her desk.
“… P-Please Issei… if you must… then take me. My peerage are… innocent.”
Oh? Was that how she wanted to play it? Innocent? Hah, don’t make him laugh. They were still here, weren’t they? And Issei distinctly remembered Rias and Sona making a deal that involved not just Sona Sitri, but also her entire peerage joining his harem.
Was she trying to hog him all to himself? Well fine… they’d play it her way.
Releasing Tomoe’s breast with one last tug of her nipple, Issei shrugs and begins making his way over to the desk. Sona goes stiff as she realizes he’s going to take her up on her offer, and everyone else in the room becomes rapt in their attention. Stopping behind Sona’s chair, Issei puts his hands on the back of it… and then stops and looks to everyone else.
“I thought I told you to pretend I wasn’t here?”
Blushing even harder than before, Sona’s peerage duck their heads and try… mostly in vain, to return their focus to the meeting they were supposed to be having. As Tsubaki speaks, others try to chime in… even Sona attempts to give her two cents. Meanwhile, Issei slowly pulls Sona’s chair out from the desk with her still in it.
Then, grabbing her by the hips, he lifts her to her feet casually but firmly. Leaning her forward, he forces the Sitri Heiress to plant her hands on the desk in front of her, something she does without complaint while continuing to try and keep up with the Student Council Meeting happening in front of her.
Not that the rest of the Student Council is doing much better. Tomoe is sitting quietly with a bright red face and a hand between her legs. Its not moving too much… just enough that its obvious she’s grinding the heel of her palm against her panty-clad crotch insistently at this point.
Meanwhile, the others are all varying shades of bright red as they steal glances in Sona and his direction. They watch out of the corners of their eyes as Issei lifts up Sona’s skirt and yanks down her panties. His cock comes out a moment later, and he begins to rub it against Sona’s pussy. Not because he’s going to fuck her there, however. No, just to get it nice and lubed up.
All the while, he massages Sona’s amazing dump truck of an ass. It really is her best asset, just like she’d said all that time ago. Not that it necessarily had to be anymore. After all, since his time with Sona, Issei had learned to use his powers a bit better. She no longer needed to be the flat-chested fat-assed girl if she didn’t want to be.
As he brings his cock up from Sona’s trembling, sopping wet twat and slides it between her ass cheeks, Issei leans forward, wrapping his hands around her front. Sona’s lips are tightly shut as she tries in vain to hold in her moans… a task made all the more difficult as he unbuttons her blouse and pulls down her bra, exposing her small breasts to the open air and to the eyes of her peerage.
They’re all watching their Mistress get butt fucked right in front of them. He’s not moving that fast yet, but he’s beginning to thrust. Meanwhile, his fingers toy with Sona’s nipples, his hands groping at her chest. A groan breaks through her lips, cutting Tsubaki’s latest explanation off. The Student Council Room falls silent again, but this time its not Issei who calls them out on it.
“W-Why are you all staring?! K-Keep going! I-eep!”
Whatever else Sona might have said is lost as Issei begins to really fuck her ass. The desk he has her bent over rocks with the force of his powerful thrusts, and his hands pull her back against his chest, groping and squeezing and… slowly but surely enhancing her chest. The sound of clapping flesh against flesh fills the Student Council Room, and despite Sona’s orders for the meeting to continue without her, no one says a word.
They’re all too busy staring as their Mistress, their ‘Madam President’… is used like a cum rag right in front of their eyes. He’d walked in here, groped Tomoe, and started buggering Sona without so much as a ‘by your leave’, and clearly that was doing wonders for the lot of them.
Sona’s eyes are lidded and her lips are formed into an o as she moans and shudders, rocking back and forth under his powerful thrusts. She can’t muster up the words to tell her peerage off for staring at this point… nor for touching themselves, as more of them are beginning to do. Those shorter skirts that everyone has taken to wearing certainly make it easy to stuff a hand down one’s panties, Issei reflects, as he watches the Student Council get more and more turned on.
Finally though, Sona realizes that something is… off. That he’s doing something.
“W-What… my tits… what are you d-doing Issei?!”
Chuckling throatily, Issei gives Sona’s nipples a tug… showing both her and her peerage just how big her new breasts have gotten. He’s enhanced them quite a bit, turning them from half-handfuls into full handfuls already. And he’s not done yet. A beautiful bitch like Sona deserves an hourglass figure, so he’s going to make sure her dump truck ass is shared by a gorgeous rack.
“What do you think I’m doing, Sona? I’m doing whatever I want.”
Sona can only moan, and her anus clenches around his cock as she squirts pussy juices all over the floor beneath her desk. She’d literally just experienced an anal orgasm from him telling her that he was going to do whatever he wanted with her. To think that the authoritarian, disciplinarian Sona Shitori… would turn out to be this much of an anal slut.
Her breasts are bigger than his hands when Issei finally lets out a loud, heartfelt groan and proceeds to cum deep inside of Sona’s ass. By the time he does so, she’s cum more times than he can possibly keep track of, orgasming so much that there’s a puddle of her fluids under the desk. He’s half-tempted to make her lick it up with her tongue, because deep down he knows she’d like it.
But before he can decide whether or not that’s something he wants to do to Sona; she makes the decision for him. As he pulls out of her ass, the Sitri Heiress spins around and drops to her knees. Not to lick up her own pussy juices… no, she drops to her knees before him so that she can heft up her newly enhanced tits and wrap them around his messy cock.
Even with as big as he’s made her breasts, Issei’s cock still pokes out of the top of her new cleavage, prodding her in the chin until Sona leans forward and opens her mouth as wide as she possibly can. She still struggles to fit his dick past her lips as she sucks his cock while sliding her milk jugs up and down his shaft.
Her moans reverberate up and down his length as she goes, and Issei groans his appreciation, planting a head on top of Sona’s head and letting her go to town. After cleaning him off with her tongue for a bit, Sona pulls back and repositions her tits, grabbing hold of her nipples and yanking her new fun bags of flesh out from her body as far as they’ll go.
In turn, Issei’s cock ends up no longer flush against her chest, but pointed unerringly at her heart. Using her hands, she squeezes her titties together and makes a nice, hot, tight love tunnel for Issei to thrust into, the tip of his dick pressing against her sternum and her rapidly pounding heart again and again as he fucks her tits.
“I’ve always wanted to do this…”
Sona’s murmuring is quiet enough that her peerage doesn’t hear, but Issei definitely does. When she realizes that, the beautiful bespectacled Student Council President goes bright red and ducks her head in shame and embarrassment.
Honestly, that combined with the soft tightness of her new tits… is what ultimately sends him over the edge. With a grunt, Issei proceeds to cum yet again. This time, it’s not in a hole however, or rather, not a very ‘sealed’ one. His seed ends up exploding out of Sona’s tits from both the top and the bottom, spraying across her moaning face and her abdomen and lap as she wiggles and writhes in place, still sliding her breasts all over his girthy member.
Even as he finishes up with her, even as he finishes dropping his second load of the hour, Issei… is far from done. His cock is still rock hard, and his balls are still begging to be emptied again and again and again.
Luckily for him, he came to the right place. They’d tried to follow his and Sona’s orders. They’d tried to ignore him and what he was doing to their Mistress. But in the end, Sona’s oh so ‘innocent’ peerage… had failed.
“P-Please, Issei. Please, me next!”
“N-No! I’m Sona’s Queen! I-I should go next!”
“A-Ah, I want a turn!”
“Me too! Me too!”
“… I too would like to have sex with Issei…”
Issei’s eyes bounce from Tomoe to Tsubaki, from Tsubaki to Momo to Tsubasa, and finally, last but not least, the quiet and polite Reya. All five girls are begging to be fucked just like Sona was. All five are pleading with him, not just with their words… but with their eyes and bodies as well. They’ve all got their skirts held up and their panties tucked to the side, using their fingers to spready their pussy lips in offering to him.
Grinning wickedly, Issei ponders the moral dilemma for a second. Not the moral dilemma of fucking all of them, because that was no moral dilemma at all. They wanted it, and he wanted to give it to them.
No, the moral dilemma was a lot harder to solve then that… which one of them would get to go first?

I'd say, start with the quietest one, and work your way up, make them all be loud and lewd by the time he's finished.

I guess seeing as he started with the Queen it’s only fair to work his way down from Queen to pawn.
