Summary: Part 3 of An Eye-Opening Experience. After seeing what the jutsu has done to Sakura and Hinata, Tsunade tries it out to see if she can get any benefits for herself. After all, it would be nice to be permanently young again. Now Naruto is the only one who can satisfy her supercharged sex drive however. Fortunately, he's all too happy to do so.

Tsunade Senju was incredibly vain. This was impossible to contradict, truth be told. Despite being in her fifties, Tsunade constantly appeared as though she were in her twenties thanks to her own special Transformation Technique. It was a technique that she’d become so good at, she could maintain it however long she desired, even when injured or asleep.
However, there was one time where Tsunade Senju’s Transformation Technique ran out. And that was when she ran out of chakra. On top of that, no matter how much she used the technique… it was only surface deep. In the end, her Transformation Technique only hid the truth, that she was getting older and older as the years went on and at some point she would not just run out of chakra… but also run out of time.
And then Naruto Uzumaki came along. Child of two of the brightest ninja that Tsunade had ever known, cut down before their time. Konoha’s Number One Unpredictable Ninja. He’d convinced her to return to the village of her birth, the village that her grandfather the First Hokage had built and take over as the Fifth Hokage.
Tsunade had always known Naruto was ridiculous in all the best ways. But she hadn’t really put much stock in the antics he’d gotten up to while growing up. Some of the things he’d done were… well, VERY silly. And thus easily ignored. However, because of Naruto’s reputation as not only a prankster, but also a ‘dead last’… his genius had never been properly recognized.
Even she thought she saw Naruto for the genius he was, especially after he managed to form a Rasengan in just one week. But only now, sitting in her office and feeling up her new body, did Tsunade realize… Naruto was truly a once-in-a-lifetime prodigy of epic proportions. He was all of the best parts of Minato and Kushina, really. And he’d just changed Tsunade’s life forever.
“Hey Grand… ma… err, is this a bad time?”
Tsunade stiffens as the shinobi in question comes in for a landing through the open window into her office. Despite always looking like she was barely into her twenties, Naruto insisted on calling her things like ‘Grandma’ and ‘Granny’. Affectionately, of course… but it was still very irritating for someone as vain and prideful as Tsunade Senju to hear.
Now though, the young man looks somewhat uncertain… mostly because he’s caught her groping her tits in her office while she waited for him. With her hands still on her breasts, Tsunade smirks and shakes her head.
“Not at all, Naruto… please, come closer~”
Naruto hesitates for a moment, even as Tsunade uses ANBU hand sign. A moment later and the window he’d entered through slams shut as the Hokage’s Office locks down, placing them both in a state of complete privacy. The only one who can break the lockdown outside of this room is the ANBU Commander in the case of total catastrophe. Meanwhile, Tsunade’s ANBU guards are now focused entirely outward, unable to see what’s going on within her office.
Minato and Kushina’s son doesn’t know all of this of course. He just jolts as the window slams shut and the room’s walls start to glow a little bit with the seals painted into them. Looking around, Naruto looks nervous.
Giggling perversely, Tsunade rises from her chest and finally takes her hands off of her chest… so that she can shuck off her signature green jacket, exposing her bared arms and her massive bust, as well as her wide hips, fat ass, and itty bitty waist.
It doesn’t surprise her that he doesn’t realize what she’s done. In fact, Naruto’s Sexy No Jutsu and Tsunade’s Transformation Technique have a lot in common. The only real difference is that Naruto’s Sexy No Jutsu, somehow… is more than skin deep. And best of all, it’s permanent. Crazy to think that she’s standing in front of a Special Jonin who’s somehow cracked the secret of eternal youth. Not eternal life of course, especially not with how dangerous the world is… but no kunoichi ever has to get old ever again. Not if they don’t want to.
“I’m promoting you, Naruto.”
That gets the blond’s attention. His jaw drops open in disbelief, but Tsunade means it.
“Effective immediately, you are now a full Jonin.”
“What… seriously?! Holy shit, Sasuke is going to be so jealous!”
Tsunade just rolls her eyes at the eternal rivalry between the Uzumaki brat and the Last Uchiha. Still, she does smile a little at how excited Naruto gets.
“However, you won’t be taking on a Genin Team. Not anytime soon.”
“Huh… why not?”
“Because now that you’re Jonin… you’re also ready to take on your title. As Lord of both the Uzumaki and Namikaze Clans.”
That brings Naruto up short. He licks his lips as he considers that for a moment. Obviously, he knows who his parents are by now. Tsunade had made sure of it. Even still…
“Err, I didn’t know a Namikaze Clan existed. My dad… well, he was a war orphan wasn’t he?”
Shaking her head, Tsunade scoffs.
“There wasn’t a Namikaze Clan before your father came along, it’s true. But he was still the Fourth Hokage, Naruto. Do you know what it takes to create a Ninja Clan? It’s not a certain number of people or anything like that. It’s a certain number of techniques… and the will to have enough children to pass them onto. Tell me, Naruto… do you think between you, your father, and your mother, that you have enough techniques to pass on and create not one but two Ninja Clan for Konoha?”
Eyes wide, Naruto slowly nods. Giggling a little bit, Tsunade saunters over.
“Then good… I’m pleased to pronounce you as Lord Namikaze-Uzumaki. May your two clans be prosperous. Now… in turn, you’ll have to help me with something.”
It’s not something she would ever have done before using the Sexy No Jutsu… but now that her youth was permanent and her libido was actually that of a young woman again, Tsunade found herself compelled to do the unthinkable. Wrapping her arms around Naruto’s neck, she giggles again as he blushes and looks down at her cleavage. Pulling him backwards until her fat ass hits the front of her desk… Tsunade hops up onto it without even looking and spreads her legs.
“What… what do you need my help with Lady Tsunade?”
Good. He wasn’t calling her ‘grandma’ now, was he? Even though her physical appearance hadn’t changed… at first glance. But in reality, everything had changed. Because with Naruto’s technique… Tsunade was ready to try rebuilding the Senju Clan. More importantly, she was ready to enjoy the fun parts of what that would look like.
“You haven’t noticed yet, have you Naruto? I saw what your little technique did to Sakura Haruno and Hinata Hyuga.”
Naruto blanches for a moment, but Tsunade just laughs.
“… And I decided I wanted some of that for myself.”
His eyes bulge out of his head as he finally realizes what she’s getting at. With a flex of her incredible strength and her chakra, Tsunade… bursts her clothes off of her Bimbotastic body. Her bountiful assets and voluptuous curves had BEEN bountiful and voluptuous BEFORE she’d gotten her hands on Naruto’s genius technique, but they hadn’t been truly real. They’d simply been hiding her sag, her aging, her… slowly weakening everything.
Now though? Now Tsunade was truly young again. And naked as the day she was born, the Fifth Hokage spreads her legs wide, showing off her gushing wet cunt and her rock hard nipples as she licks her lips suggestively.
“Well, Naruto? I sure hope I’m not… intimidating the new Lord Namikaze-Uzumaki or anything. Surely I’m not so different from-mmph!”
Before she can finish her sentence, Naruto suddenly surges forward. Her eyes widen as he kisses her deeply, his hands coming up and grabbing hold of her fat milk jugs right there on the spot. In mere moments, he’s kissing the hell out of her while also molesting and kneading her massive breasts, playing with them like the fun bags they are and all around kneading her huge mammaries to his heart’s content.
At the same time, his crotch presses against hers, with only the issue of his clothing being in the way. But then, that’s easily dealt with. Tsunade’s hands slide down his front, grab his pants, and rip them off of his body along with his boxers. His cock comes flopping out as a result, released from its confines and revealed to be quite erect already. Tsunade groans as Naruto’s member comes slapping down atop her cunt, giving it a wet smack purely by virtue of gravity. Her pussy quivers and she shudders, almost cumming on the spot right then and there.
But no. She’s not nearly as bad as Sakura or Hinata. Those two might be particularly weak to Naruto’s big fat cock, but Tsunade has decades of experience on all of them. She’s not some young virgin maiden who can’t-!
Still kissing her, Naruto pulls his schlong back along her sex until the bulbous, fat cockhead presses against her slit. Then, he slams it forward into her, filling her with every inch of his dick in one fell swoop. Tsunade’s eyes proceed to widen and then promptly roll back in her skull as she gurgles into the newly promoted Ninja Lord’s mouth. Her arms are already wrapped around his neck, but as he sheathes himself inside of her pussy, her legs come up and wrap around his waist as well.
Tsunade locks her ankles behind Naruto’s back, pulling him in closer with no intention of letting him go… however, that doesn’t stop him from beginning to thrust in and out of her like a mad man. Finally, their lips come apart as Tsunade tosses her head back in ecstasy.
“OH FUCK!”
Cumming on the spot, orgasming explosively from his pistoning prick, Tsunade’s eyes remain rolled back in her head as Naruto goes to town on her. His hands, which are still on her tits, move to groping them at their base and squeezing them so that the rock hard nipples she’s sporting protrude even further into the air. This allows him to lean his head down and take her fat teats into his mouth one after the other, sucking at them like a mad man.
She’s not entirely sure why. It’s not like he’s going to get anything out of them or anything like- w-what?! What was that sensation?! Tsunade’s eyes snap forward again and she stares down in disbelief as Naruto sucks and sucks and sucks… hard enough that her massive bimbofied milk jugs actually begin to respond. She can’t see the nipple he’s actually drinking from, but she can feel him drawing breast milk out of the teat all the same. Meanwhile, her other breast is also starting to leak a thin white strand of breast milk.
As Naruto somehow manages to get her to lactate right there on command for him, Tsunade can only gurgle helplessly. She’s supposed to be the big bad Fifth Hokage… she’s supposed to be in charge here. But between her tits betraying her and Naruto’s cock filling up her twat like no one’s business, all Tsunade can do is toss her head back and squeal some more as she’s fucked properly silly up on her own desk.
Once he drains one nipple dry, Naruto transitions to the other, continuing to drink her breast milk down. All the while, he plows her puffy, gushing pussy like a mad man, his hands eventually moving from her chest to her hips so he can fuck her even harder. Tsunade can’t get enough of it… she wants more. She BEGS for more.
“FUCK! HARDER! D-DON’T STOP, YOU BIG DICKED BASTARD!”
But Naruto has no intention of stopping. Tsunade loses track of time. She cums more times than she can count even. She whites out from the pleasure, her vision fading for periods. And when she recovers, he’s fucking her in different positions. On her side. With her legs up in the air and draped over on his shoulders.
Finally, the last time Tsunade regains some semblance of self, she finds herself bent over her own desk, her legs spread wide and herself up on her tiptoes with her ass high in the air and her face and tits squished against the wood beneath her. Naruto grunts as he fucks into her from behind with full force, his cock pistoning in and out of her pussy while his crotch slams into her cushioned derriere again and again.
“Going to… cum soon… Lady Tsunade!”
“D-Do it, Lord Namikaze-Uzumaki! Cum inside! Fill me up! Help me restart my clan! BE THE FATHER OF THREE CLANS AND REVITALIZE KONOHA WITH YOUR SEED!”
Tsunade’s voice becomes almost feverish as she gets louder and louder. Still, she means every word. Not only that, but it does the trick as well, with her pussy walls pulling their own weight as they grip and squeeze and milk Naruto for all he’s worth. Until finally… he cums inside of her, filling her womb with his seed.
Squealing like a pig, the Fifth Hokage completely loses it, orgasming right along with him, squirting her pussy juices out from around his thick throbbing mast all over the ground. Her entire bimbofied body, no different from her old form except PERMANENT, bounces and jiggles and wiggles under his weight.
And then he’s done and pulling out of her pussy. His cock leaves her cunt and despite having an overly stuffed womb and a slightly bloated abdomen, Tsunade feels… empty. Well, there’s an easy way to satisfy that feeling, she figures.
Spinning around, the Fifth Hokage drops into a crouch as she grabs hold of Naruto’s cock before he can move any further back. Stopping the blond shinobi in his tracks, she takes him by the base of his dick… and opens wide, lolling out her tongue and beginning to swirl it around his dick. As she gives him a good, long lick, Tsunade looks up into Naruto’s eyes to see him staring down at her with arousal evident in his face.
Pulling back from her self-appointed clean up for a moment, Tsunade smirks.
“We’ll discuss the future in just a little bit, Naruto. After all, you’ll need a compound that can fit TWO clans if you’re going to bring the Uzumaki and Namikaze Techniques back to Konoha properly~ But don’t worry… I’ve got just the place in mind.”
After all, the Senju Clan were all but gone. She wasn’t the last one left, but she might as well have been. The Senju Clan Compound was the biggest privately owned plot of land in all of Konoha, due to the Senju once being one of the two major clans that founded the village. It could easily fit two clans worth of people on it… and it could even fit three~
She would remain Lady Senju. She wouldn’t be adding the Senju title to Naruto’s list. But… he was the only one worthy of helping her rebuild her clan. And the only one who could keep up with her as well.
Diving back in, Tsunade returns to sucking Naruto clean, even as she plans out the shinobi’s future. And oh was it looking bright~
