Sitting on the bed waiting for him, rather than his beautiful red headed wife and mother of his child, are two other women. One of them is the Goddess of Mischief and Lies, Loki of the Silver Tongue. “The eve of your greatest scheme, I, Loki, Goddess of Mischief, gave you my blessing. Did that mean nothing to you, Stark? Did you think you succeeded purely on your own merits? Of course not! You owe your success to me! And yet, not one iota of thanks! Your lady wife has re-earned my favor by arranging this night for you. You will have to do so by offering me your body for my own pleasure.”
… Not for the first time, Tony is reminded of a cat when it comes to Loki. Eerily so. She’s just so… cat-like. Invading his home, making it her own, eating his food, claiming his stuff… claiming him, even. Did Tony think that he’d succeeded purely on his own merits? Of course not. He couldn’t have dealt with HYDRA half as cleanly as he did without a lot of help from JARVIS.
But really? Loki’s ‘blessing’? Tony almost rolls his eyes. Almost. Part of him is tempted to pin down the feline-esque brat right there and ‘correct’ her long into the night. She’d howl in offense, but probably wind up enjoying it immensely all the same. Only one thing stops him however… they’re not alone.
Letting out a long-suffering sigh as Loki preens because she considers his silence to be an omission of guilt, Tony turns his head from the blonde Goddess of Mischief and over to Darcy Lewis, narrowing his eyes at his wife’s brunette PA. Darcy freezes under his intense gaze for a moment, but ultimately manages to get herself back under control and weather his stare with a pouty glare of her own.
“Alright Ms. Lewis, give it to me straight. How have I wronged you, exactly? And why is Loki calling you one of her worshippers?”
Darcy bites her lower lip, her eyes darting away for a moment like she’s embarrassed. But then Loki’s foot reaches past him to prod Darcy in the leg with a particularly sharp toenail, causing the buxom young woman to yelp and find her courage once more. Leveling a pouty frown in Tony’s direction, Darcy ‘harumphs’ rather masterfully.
“I was this close, Mr. Stark! THIS close to convincing Jane to hop into bed with you, me, and Pepper! I had it all planned out! The foursome of a lifetime! I was going to rock her world with you guys, and we were all going to show her there was more than just wormholes and rainbow bridges and hunky blond Asgardians! And then what happens? THOR shows up the other day saying he has his father’s permission to court ‘the fair lady Foster’!”
Tony blinks. Yeah, he’d heard about that. Honestly he’d been surprised it had taken so long for Odin to take his advice and finally buckle on letting Thor have a little fling with Jane. “And what does that have to do with me?”

“Don’t play dumb, Stark. My follower and I are well aware of that advice you gave to the All-Father.”
Tony’s eyes narrow. How exactly were they aware of-?
“Thor has been most boastful to Jane Foster about that fact, and she saw fit to pass on the information to Darcy.”
… Ah. Yeah, he should have figured. Tony sighs and shrugs.
“Look ladies, here’s what I told Odin and what he probably didn’t tell Thor. I told him that the longer he barred Thor from trying his luck with Jane, the more he was turning her into a forbidden fruit. I told him that if he gave Thor his blessing, then it would just be another relationship, one that might more easily crash and burn.”
Seeing that neither woman looks particularly convinced, Tony rolls his eyes and tries a different tack.
“Opposites may attract, ladies… but it’s the similar that stick together. What do Thor and Jane really have in common? I give it maybe a year or two before they naturally break up.”
That gets a more contemplative look on Darcy and Loki’s faces. A moment later, Tony realizes what he’s said and suddenly finds himself growling as he grabs both ladies around the waist, spins all three of them around, and pins them both to the bed. Now I'm wondering, with all Tony can do with the Reality Stone a part of him, if he can make the women he sleeps with fertile at will, gaunteeing pregnancy?
