Rising to her feet, the Delacour Matriarch is about to say something else, but Harry is already turning to leave.
“We’ll be in touch, Apolline.”
She might have chased after him, but the moment he opens the door and steps outside… Fleur rushes in. I agree, but I think Apolline will be found out by Fleur. Fleur may not have been able to sense what Harry did, or how many mages power he has, but she will be able to tell the next time she blows him that he is much more powerful than before. Flour will likely put 1 and 2 together to get 3.

I honestly think Apolline would lie to Fleur about her joining the coven. Not that I think she SHOULD, just that I believe the character would do so in this situation. That being said, I'm looking forward to seeing how all this plays out. I don't think Fleur would have an issue with not joining the coven… right up until she starts questioning why on Earth her mother jumped right in and finds out exactly what's at stake.

From my perspective, I don't think this is a question of keeping Fleur out if Harry's Coven anymore. Apollone has done what she can on that front, now that decision lies between Fleur and Harry. The question now is entirely about the relationship between Fleur and Apolline. Sooner or later, if Fleur pursues a relationship with Harry she will find out about Apolline joining the Coven. So, does she rip the bandaid off now, or make the situation worse by lying to her daughter on top of everythihg else?

Hiding the time travel makes sense, lying out and out about joining him or sleeping with him or the endeavor he is on not so much. Personally I think setting a boundary of "you mau join him in his bed but not the coven for some time" both lying to herself that that isn't for sure what will happen possibly sooner rather than later and using the justifications of fluer maturing and making a more informed decision down the road and protecting Fleur from any possible sanctions from the cocoven

If you consider all the work harry has put into catching fleur in his net, I would say it will have the opposite effect of what you said. Fleur will be even more determined to be owned by harry, and she might even go further than bellatrix in her actions. Who knows, cambrian might even go as far as having fleur discover bellatrix, and decide to work with her insteat. Maybe they create a ritual that gives harry the ability to summon her like a demonic familiar? Have her get a permanent summoning circle on her skin, wich not only gives harry the ability to call her to him, but also posses her body and use it like a puppet, give him permanent acces to her mind from everywhere, and give her the option of acompaniing him without a body, everywhere he goes, be it a silent and bling observer in his mind , only able to see what he wants her to see, or a a picture of her on his body? Why would Harry care either way? He has no romantic history with Fleur. He is free to romance her. From the power angle, Apolline knows more about the Wizard's coven than Fleur does and Appoline can try to recruit more Veela. It benefits Harry more to play along.
