Nah ev and judy need to get out of dodge. Judy actually seems to find a sort of paradise outside of nightcity (phantom liberty dlc ending) happily married living in the suburbs with a kid I think (been a while since I picked the phantom liberty ending, I didn't like what it did to V.) You can't tell me that there isn't some resentment in Hanako towards her father that V can't take advantage of in some way ( always the perfect child, always doing what she's told and what did it get her? Her father always seemed to care more about the rebels like Yorinobu and Michiko than the her. Michiko would probably love to get some of her independence back. V and the A.I. (sasha and alt) could probably fix songbirds problem Alex is a burned agent who would love an 'out' of dog town which V could give her. At this point Judy and Ev ate friends but they are a weakpoint that can be used against him.
