I like how he ends with hands a crossed over his chest. Amazingly I can "hear" Laphin's spoken lines while watching this clip. Awesome work.

Very nice expressions! I'd say it's a little over-animated with the body gestures, though it could be a timing thing (I know my gifs run too fast, sometimes.) He looks great!
