2016-2021 Comparisons
🕑 Added 2021-12-22 02:16:05 +0000 UTCAs I'm getting toward the very end of episode 2, I'd like to share some comparisons of my style, from Adobe-laden 2016, to Blender-fueled 2021.
Here are some stills from the original concepts of the car and train scenes, and then how they ended up looking when I created them, having switched completely to Blender.
Fox McCloud is pictured as he looked in 2016's first episode, and how he will looks when I draw him now in 2021.
When Fox returns for episode 3, he, along with everyone else, will look at least that good.
I hope everyone has a safe holiday. I'll be spending mine getting as much of these final scenes of episode 2 finished as possible.
Thanks again for your continued support!

I'm so stoked!!! :^} your work is incredibly inspiring, it makes me want to add so much more love, effort, and fine detail in my own passion projects. rock on!!!!!
Been following for about a year now ever since I found out about this project on YouTube and following it for years. It's awesome that you found just one program to do all of your animation, shadow, lighting combined with 3d modelling which allows you to draw accurate perspectives from different angles. It's much better than having to juggle between Illustrator, Flash and other programs. I know the feeling when work can get cluttered and frustrating, but this is amazing! Really respect your work animating one of my childhood's favourite series. So many possibilities. Looking forward to the animations. Anyways, wishing you, your family and friends a Happy Holidays and good fortune for New Years!
