I swam with the breaking of a new day alone, wearing just my hat on the sweet embracing sea to thee next village over and back- it's a 3 hour pure endurance mentally and physical swim non-stop, with undercurrents to get caught in and some hidden under rocks, only a lil scrape . After and before hiking 40 min home.
Doing this after the Dr.s didn't want me to leave hospital a couple of weeks gave me humbling strength powered with gratitude - it's also what inspired me to start sharing my art and beautiful body with others who appreciate it too. However rest of all senses is also a blessing sometimes and being in the moment the best because it's all we got!
