because I have no power to make everyone happy desu.

If he truly cared about the crew members and overcome the laziness,
you guys will be able to see his work soon desu.

I personally hate travel desu. there are too many risks and people desu. that why I told him to stand by himself and go for it by yourself desu. I never see him give up before but looks like he gives up about this desu.

If you leave a person without responsibilities than that person will have more free time to do whatever he or she wants. However, giving someone responsibilities means they are now expect to perform and need to produce work. Motivation is also important to when it comes to work people need to have a goal or a dream to keep themselves motivated.
