Feel a bit better after taking salt mix with warm water. Hope there no infection desu. I get infection by this before and it going to be really bad news desu. Going back to sleep again desu.

I making mistake by trying to adjust the lower back and hip by myself desu. next time I will be more careful desu.

Bad news desu. I focus too much on the drawing part and forget to take care of my health desu. my back feels no good desu. it does not hurt but I think I need to rest to put my back to a normal state desu. going to decrease some working hours for a while and focus on anime and other learning ne.
