今、私は何もかもが手に負えないと感じている。
以前のように自分勝手な決断はできないです。
今ここで手を引いたら、RPGのプロジェクトに必要な信頼や信用を得ることができなくなってしまうです。ペイパル戦争が終わってビルを手に入れれば、もっと簡単になると思っていた、完全に人生甘く見てました。
リスクとミスをご理解くださいね。
体調管理とクルーリーダーとしての責任を果たしつつ、
仕事を納期に間に合わせることも、
仕事のペースを維持することもできないです。
これからは「自分にできること」だけに集中して労働時間を減らしていきます。
自分ができることは、自分が成長することです。
トレーニングや勉強による仕事の質だけでなく、リーダーとしてチームと一緒に仕事をするマインドセットもです。
私の力不足に支援を求めることはできないです。
いつでも帰ってくれて構わないです。
と、この後は具体的なルーティンのない新しいワークスケジュールになりますです。

I thought it would be easier once I got the building once the Paypal war ended,
I completely underestimate the life desu.

I can not put the work on time or keep my working pace while taking care of my health and taking responsibility for being the leader in the crew desu.
from now on, the work hours will go down only focusing on [what I can do] desu.
what I can do is develop desu.

what I trying to say is,
I can not take your guy's money's support that failed to understand this desu.
