So a few of the materials have been tweaked in order to be more Cycles compatible, for instance the glass material. Plus, there are some new materials including a really cool trip planner material and the ones that I just shared with you. And there are some other materials as well. Mostly just a rename of the existing product. When EEVEE materials was created, it was done so with the notion that people would want to use EEVEE as a final renderer because Cycles just takes too long. Nowadays, with the faster GPUs and the more optimized Cycles renderer, a lot of the same GPU memory concerns still exist, even though people now want to render more in Cycles.

EEVEE MATERIAL system is being renamed to EEVEE+Cycles Materials Because all of the materials are now tuned to work with Cycles as well.

Thanks Chipp! Where can we find the advanced dirty 8-22 versions you mention in the video? I own Definitely Eevee Materials System but can't see those anywhere. Is it an upcoming update for the Eevee Materials (version 8?).

Sorry, I don't know of anything that can do that. I had an add-on called SKETCH STYLE that could do it but it no longer works in the current version of Blender.

Great video, really love your KIT OPS system. I have another question in EEVEE, do you know if there is a way to override all materials with a single switch, like in cycles? I heard there are some addons for this. Like if I wanted to have everything in just white box material, and want to change all the materials at once, temporarily for a render?
