Is a better idea to start when the show ends so they can catch up on the full season. But it will be sad when we will only get RWBY part of the time for Season 5 when Volume 4 is done with Blind Wave.

If it's not interfering too much with your schedule, you could watch ch.1 and 2 back to back and put them in one video. That way you will make up for the lost week. Or make separate videos so you can put ch.1 on youtube and ch.2 here. That way people from youtube won't even know there was a gap.
