Skeletor

The Only problem is if have not seen the show some of the jokes may not get a reaction like the Girl Shooting a Boy in the face.

I started with DBZ then DB, finally GT. I caught up with Super and this TFS is perfect of fans and non-fans to get in it.

Skeletor

I watched all of DBZ , Dragonball, and GT back when Toonami aired it. I myself loved the DBZ abridged series mostly because Calvins reaction showed he had never seen it. Which stiill make sit good.

Jordan Brauer

I started with DBZ then went back to DB, mainly because of Toonami. Only watched a couple of episodes of GT, I haven't seen Super yet though. I need to see that sometime soon.

Supermonaman

I started with the original DB then watched some of DBZ than because of Death Battle looked up the entire plot myself and then got into DBZA.

Brittney Koza

I started watching dbza this spring and enjoyed it so much that when I caught up, I went back and watch all of dbz over this past summer.

Flashback007

The end of the Saiyan-saga was when I dropped in. I watched it until the beginning of the Android-saga and only returned at the beginning of the saga after the current DBZA-story. I never really watched the Cell-saga so this is kinda new terrain for me until the next saga. Even the manga I never read beyond the Android-saga.

Red Claw

DBS feels a lot like a mixture between DBZ and DBZA. It feels more silly than DBZ and the characters are pushed more towards their DBZA Interpretation. But I'm a Fan since Dragonball since here in Germany Dragonball aired way before DBZ did. It was nearly around the same time DB did air in Japan originally. And I allways liked Dragonball more than DBZ.

Yassine Biggie

I've watched the original dbz first then db then gt and then the abridged and now i'm watching the japanese super dub which is awesome and btw if you guys didn't know Dragon Ball Super is getting 2 eng dubs and there is a preview out for the Eng Toonami Asia Dub

DBZ was my introduction to anime, like it was to most westerners. When I was in high school, some of the students (myself included) lived in hostels. And during exam times we weren't allowed to watch tv. But me and a couple of friends used to sneak into the tv room just to watch DBZ. IMO DBZA is much better than the original. But all of my friends lost interest in any form of anime, abridged or otherwise. So we don't watch stuff like that together anymore. 😩
