Love your reactions to this

I bet you didn't see his badass moment a few episodes from now coming. I didn't and it's what made him my favorite
Julie Nichols
Ahhh Ling. I remember hating him when he was first introduced. :) I'm a bit more fond of him now...even if I tend to share Ed's opinion of him from time to time.

Someone else said it perfectly, we're getting into some of my favorite run of episodes
Jackie
Lol you beat me to it!
Ryan Kosier
Ling best character, btw
Ryan Kosier
It's explained poorly in this episode, because Ling isn't an Alchehestrist and doesn't know the specifics, but Alchemy and Alchehestry are NOT the same thing. They don't follow the same rules. So the Avatar comparison doesn't work.

this is the exact point where the new anime diverges from the original anime. this episode and the last one. just a fun fact~

I've been a Patron since January. To be honest, I don't know when it started but I look forward to your comments on these posts. #TeamJoJo

What do you mean I've been waiting for this all weekend... That's not at all how it is... A bit of a slower episode, with a lot of introduction to new stuff (+new OP and ED), and it does feel like there's been a break between this and last episode, but I think that has to do with that they caught up with where the original anime broke away from the source material, so they can FINALLY start to slow down a bit. Which following on the high-intensity that was last episode does make for a bit of an awkward cut, but hey, new characters (AND A PANDA) and story beats and we're only just getting started! Besides, some comedy was probably needed, and it seemed like you guys had fun with it, even if there wasn't much to discuss afterwards (and I'm still living off the amazing discussion you guys had last week). But I'll stay with what I said then and say that from here on out, I'm literally looking forward to every single episode.

Xing is based on China. IRL, Wu Xing is the Chinese name for the five elements (wood, water, metal, earth, and fire).

Great reaction guys. Still wish we got these more often, but c'est la vie

We know that from the future, but they only have greed as a way to compare, I can see how they would be unsure.

Guys, Ed doesn't stand a chance against Bradley. Bradley was WAY too fast in episode 14.
Koala Banana
Don't say anything about future episodes.
TheUndeadFish
The panda, right? ;)
Charcuterie
Best boi coming through.

Yes! My favorite character is finally here!
