Considering how everything plays out in the comics, and how they’ve stuck to the big arcs, my feeling is it’s real and setting us up for the 2-year time jump after the war.

The red eyed Rick makes me think that some important is going to die (Maybe Judith) and rick is seeing that hopeful future he had. It looks the same as the scene where everyone was eating at the table last scene.

The red eye scenes make me think Rick is dying and imagining the world he hoped for. I think Rick might die and Carl and Maggie and Michone will take over. Never read the comic books or anything but LOVE the show!
