This show gives me feelings I've only felt from DB: Evolution RIP; the fact that it make me reference DBE makes me feel worse.

I hope not. It would've definitely been a waste of a character. Like triton. It feels like they feel obligated to kill off characters for "stakes" and not for story or plot reasons.

No he is dead because even in a bad show the Brother Dies First. Not even Inhumans can mess up that classic movies and tv arc cause killing the Brother first has been done 100 times.
