Ehh, I don't think so. Probably both on the same level in general, just matters how much they enjoy the show, no matter if it's live action or animation.

There best reactions are when BW react to live action shows. Dont get me wrong love there animation shows reactions but there reactions and discussions for live action shows are more in depth

I think there was very little Flint could have done, even if he wanted to save Billy. I mean they were under fire and the ship was rocking. And most importantly Billy is srsly huge dude, especialy if you are trying to hold him with one wet hand. So regardless of Flints intentions, Billy would probably end up in the wather.
