I agree with you, it is really annoying and sad because it dampens the reaction for me when it happens and I feel like they miss out on appreciating other characters besides the main male ones

hmm, don't recall ever saying that but ok! and anyway i can remember plenty of times, most of the time in fact, if not all, when he talks about flint, jack, silver, vane, billy, or freaking featherstone and doesn't refer to them as pigs? but i'm having a harder time recalling that many times where he's said something insightful about the women on this show, rather than calling one a bitch or mentioning something about their bodies lmao. honestly my patience kind of ran out when they mentioned how miranda, one of the most interesting and tragic characters on this show had died and all he had to say was a jokey "nice ass:(". i'll admit i don't watch the full length ones so who knows maybe those are filled with great analyses and comments on the amazing female characters of black sails, i don't know. some of the stuff shane (and tbh other members of the crew as well, shane's just the worst) says on a lot of their videos is just so questionable and it sucks because i really enjoy watching them otherwise and black sails is one of my favourite shows of all time. thanks for your input though!!

Also, you guys are being extremely biased to Eleanor. She has no ulterior motives with Rogers, they genuinely love and care for each other and she isn't manipulating him. The whole point of her path this season and last is that she has finally chosen a side and she chose England. You guys just seem to think "The bitch killed Vane, she's pure evil!" and act like she's twisting Rogers around her finger.
