Hey Blind Wave, one thing that you guys need to do after you're finished watching the series is go back and watch the silence in the library episodes again. It will hit you much harder once you know who River is a lot more.

Will

I know what Eric means about Amy, but she does improve.

Matis

Finally THe Ponds and The Doctor are my fav combination <3

Edward Harney Jr

The Doctor may be the Oncoming Storm, but River Song can make a Dalek wet itself... :-)

I’m really glad you liked it. I remember when I finished this season I was so sure that this two parter was popular among fandom and considered one of the best finales ever. When I went on discussion boards I realized the Big Bang was a polarizing episode. So many people didn’t like it. I was so shocked. Many people didn’t appreciate the ontological paradoxes, but they didn’t bother me. It all made sense within the narrative. It’s just like the famous saying, “What came first the chicken or the egg”. I’ve always loved series 5. Series 6 is when Moffat went off the rails. The 11/Amy/Rory/River chemistry is what saved that season tbh.

Doby Greg

I consider this Moffat best season. It's his brilliance but still reign in by exterior factors. After that he goes way wilder and wilder but this season was a pretty great arc and I like how we set up everything goes back to basically the first episode with tomorrow finally happening.

Nick Earl

Shhh...careful saying that too loudy or RTD fan boys will eat you alive.

Fuck sake its been months get over the stupid stupid Reaper Idea

Yoo spoilers, take down this comment

Wow that is true, I totally forgot. I now remember I was so happy to see River in arrow back then (it s been a while since we saw her in Arrow).

Eric:River is such a badass. She basically like the doctor but without the whole regeneration thing. Me:......... Yep

Eric probably hasn't noticed that the woman who plays river also plays laurels and Sara's mum on arrow. Just a badass family 😂😂

Amy Cucks the shit out of Rory

Knight of the Moon

His series do have some shaky episodes (mostly not written by him) but so did every other series. His series have the best arcs because they are arcs, not just hints to throughout for the last episodes. Also they were more original, 3/4 of the Davies arcs involved Daleks as villains. Moffat's arcs were about events rather than specific villains, and he created new ones.

Tasker Thorn

4 is another I think they'll enjoy a lot.

Nathan Oneill

Imagine next season. Those many Calvin's could all be wearing black suit and tie. Calvin's could become The Silence

Tasker Thorn

Heh. I knew they'd turn around on Rory.

Rhianna BRROWN

That wasn’t in the library that was 6x07 good man goes to war

Rhianna BRROWN

Me too

Rhianna BRROWN

I can not wait for the big episodes 6x01 6x02 6x07 6x08 especially the first episodes of season 6 because of all the things that happen which are gonna shock them the Amy plot line river and the doctor incident at the beginning of the first episode so so so so so so so excited

TisyuPaper

Glad they enjoyed Steven Moffat's first season. He gets a lot of flak but I enjoyed his time as showrunner. I remember being excited when he took over the show because his stories in the 9th and 10th doctors' seasons were my favorites (Empty Child/Doctor Dances, Girl in the Fireplace, Blink, Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead).

Bryan Matola

Christmas comment retracted. The shorts still stand

Bryan Matola

There’s a lot of mini episodes for the next season. The five Night shorts and the two part “Space” and “Time.” They’re all great and you might want to just watch all of them in a single video because there’s so many of them.

ChiefChill

River “I used to date a man with a detachable head” 😏

Dan Banks

If you remember, when the doctor was going back along his time stream and had that talk to Amy in the angels 2 parter, that actually happened in the episode

Nick Earl

Yeah Amy's flirting is a joke. Especially the snog in the shrubbery line.

Robert Trainer

Next season is one of my favourite arcs, Demon's Run. Can't wait to see what the guy's think.

No resolution to the many Calvins? :(

Doug C

So glad you liked it! I was afraid the bootstrap paradoxes would frustrate you all. Glad you were able to roll with them in the spirit intended. This two-parter is one of my favorites but there is still sooooo much goodness to come! Thanks for making these videos!
