Great reaction guys. I think its good you didn't skip this episode, just like how you didn't skip the recap episode back at the start of the season. I hope you guys will get around to watching the ova episodes too, they're really enjoyable to watch imo. Anyways peace, can't wait for next weeks reaction.

Kara59

Would be doing my guy deku so dirty if that happened lol

Kali Mbata

Am I the only one who ships Bakugo/Ochako?

coffeemilk

Nah it feels weird hearing him say Dave in the dub, I'm so used to hearing nothing but Japanese names on this show.

Liam D

I love this episode, dont understand the hate for it. Great reaction as always!

Hercule Pyro

The one thing the dub does worse than the sub is all might saying random words in english... his japanese VA saying Dave sounds so silly.

Eyes are white they're black post injury his eyes are sunken

I waited for the anime to finish and binged watched the final 6 episodes, so I didn’t really have a problem with this episode in terms of wasting a week. I thought it was funny and enjoyed the murder myserty aspect even if it did require some leaps of logic to work, but thought it was fun. I would be pissed if this wasn’t a seasonal anime and had to stay in the air all year long and we were always forced to take year long breaks for filler arcs to give the manga more time to get ahead like Bleach or Naruto. Overall the seasonal anime earned a pass with me for this episode. I didn’t really mind the season premiere either even though it was mostly recap and filler.

Vu Bui

Please be sure to react to ss 4 preview after you guys finish reacting to this ss3

Sauna-Man

Patience... The longer these reactions take, the closer we get to the next season.

First Saturday of February* ;)

I don't get why people are so upset/ confused why they didn't skip this episode, when they even watched recaps when it counted as an anime episode. It's no shocker they wouldn't skip this

DougRaw

I'm glad they didn't skip the episode. That being said those of you throwing out insults, on either side of the argument, need to calm down. Those complaining are not entirely wrong, and this one extra episode means they won't finish the series until the first saturday of January, so a whole extra pledge month for one episode. Again, not an issue for me but I can understand complaints when this episode is mostly forgettable.

Bryce Nielsen

I didn't bother to watch this commercial filler episode live, and I'm not going to do so now. Oh well! See 'yall next week.

scottrager

By that logic why didn’t they see the actual movie?

Matthew Smith

For anyone who doesn't know the reasoning behind this episode, there was originally supposed to be a week break because of a special charity event that was taking place in Japan, and large number of weekly anime did take breaks during that week, but instead of doing that, the show runners decided to make this episode as both promo for the movie and the charity event.

Edwin B

Movie HYPE! I really liked this episode. Never skip an episode. Watching live, week to week I think people generally don't skip an episode of a show they like. Some people may not have know it's a filler or promo episode live. Even if you did know, I think it's hard to skip an episode of a show you like. I think filler or promo episodes can be so much fun and nice break.

Silvermoon

Y’all are being babies. It’s just one episode lol

turtlecowz

Patreon needs to add a downvote button so I can downvote all the ungrateful asses in these comments lol

Blackest Hippy

Bunch of babies is all I’m seeing

Lesbian Squid

Also... good reaction, interesting points i hadnt considered when i first watched it :) great work! (i forgot to put this in the original comment, sorry)

BruLee

Blindwave watches all content including fillers.

Subira

Ah a filler you'd think a naruto fan boy would be conditioned to this sort of thing.... Wrong lol. Well what can you do. Love the crew even though I disagree with the choice to watch this. I look forward to next week's episode, sorry but this one just ain't my cup of tea.

Garrett Gee

Idk wasn't talking about this episode just in general SMF AND STRUCKbybels skip fillers like this for one peice just two examples. But there are more uzumaki khan

TbcAlex

I'm so happy you guys didn't skip this episode. People who wanted you to watch this at the end of the season make no sense at all. Why end on this episode instead on episode 25?

TbcAlex

How many reactors skipped this episode when they watched it live?

Pebrocks

Jesus you're this upset because people suggested to skip an episode. Boo fucking hoo.

Garrett Gee

Skippable episode every other reaction channel skips fillers just saying

Ryan Wojo

First: ANYONE who tells someone to skip an episode is a fuking MORON! "Oh, boo hoo 😢, I don't like this episode so EVERYONE who is watching this anime for the FIRST TIME should skip it too!" That's what u should like, a whiny fuking child!! STOP TELLING BLIND WAVE TO SKIP EPISODES!! If u don't like it, too fuking bad for u. If it's not a straight up RECAP episode like 13.5 was then NO ONE should be skipping it plain and simple! Secondly: Thank u Blind Wave for a great reaction and not caving to the idiots who think u should skip an episode :)

Lesbian Squid

Seriosly, its AN episode in A series of 64 episodes and a film, which is fun, for charity, and a little bit of self-promotion, why the hell are you people complaining so much, all you had to do was practice patience and wait until the next week, its not like it ruined the story or ended the f'ing world, calm the hell down about something that hasnt impacted your lives at all!

Tikwah

If you acknowledge someone is gonna disagree, then obviously you're wrong about it being completely unnecessary since there are people that are excited to see it. I don't like the timing. Would've been so much better either before the arc, after it or best of all after the season was done.

Angry bob ross

wish i couldda saw the movie in theaters, good thing dvd version is coming out soon.

Kara59

I know some MHA stans are gnna fight back, but this episode is completely unnecessary to be a reaction vid and wastes a week for this time slot. The guys could watch this on their own time if they really wanted to or reacted to it right before they watched the movie.

Edwin Gonzalez

This episode and the movie both are supposed to take place in between season 2 and 3. In case anyone was wondering about it.

MOB12

Should've just watched this episode after the season 🤷‍♂️

TbcAlex

Pre order the Blu ray

TbcAlex

They will react to it in april

Anthia Grant

Ah detour episode. I really need to watch this movie though... anyone got a link to it????

Anthony Lujan

I was mad when this episode came out during the season and I'm mad again why do they do this to us

waiz stephen

Have they seen the movie ?? It was amazing

Sam h

I just kinda hate when they stick a filler in the middle of an arc. Reminds me of bleach sticking a whole filler arc that's longer than the actual regular arc in the middle lol

Ryan Hopkins

People should know by now they don't skip episodes lol.

brayan Tenesaca

Bro I completely forgot about this episode 😂 ehhh whatever more my hero I guess

ManicMeeks

Totally skippable episode....it was literally a commercial break for the movie lol

Jason Jeffory

Damn it Rhop. You had one job. Make sure they skip over this episode and leave it for the off season!! Lol. It was just a promo for the movie from months ago. It’s bad enough when we get filler while watching the show, but now it’s filler in Blindwave.
