It’ll rise as he continues to fight for and be honest with the city. He was always liked and he will win back the trust for the most part. With the Curtis death fake out I immediately went to the fact that Dinah never listed his name as one of the people in the four group that got the tattoo, so I completely believed his death. Love the way he tricked Diaz though, mostly because of how much I hate Diaz. I am also loving the Felicity/Laurel friendship developing.

Rise. I feel like his campaign to win over the city is leading to the liberal green Arrow from the comics. Plus, it just would be nice to see Oliver become as beloved as the Flash is in Central City. He definitely deserves it.

It will rise because of his honestly and relatability. The people of Star were uncertain of him as the vigilante and former mayor, but now he has been brought down to a level they understand. He seems flawed and human, and he seems to have a respect for human life.
