I see the Matt Smith version of Dr. Who as a Peter Pan character. The little boy who never grew up, whisking Wendy off to never land- etc. Which is why this episode gets me so emotional. Deep inside we see the lonely little boy who wishes he could speak to his “Tinkerbell” (she gives him the power to fly) all the time.

The old tardis set was still fully constructed at the Doctor Who Experience in Cardiff. And the tardis that the doctor and Idris built was actually designed by a kid in a competition on a British kids tv show called blue peter. :D

I think it is said it was going to be a story for the 4th doctor but when it got rejected it became his own thing.

You guys should definitely check out the Bad Night and Good Night minisodes before the next episode. Please

Michael Sheen will star in Good Omens with David Tennant on Amazon. Good Omens was written by Neil Gaimon and Terry Pratchett (Discworld) and a great book, so I can't wait for the show.

So excited, my absolute favorite episode ... thank you Neil Gaiman!

The voice remind me the organ from the beauty and beast sequel

Really loved your reactions to this episode and the previous ones. :) Some of the Series 6 episodes also have prequel clips that give a bit more background to the story. There are also a few "Night and the Doctor" mini-episodes.

hitch hikers guide to the galaxy is one of the funniest book series ever written

The TARDIS is the only companion that has never left The Doctor

This episode is simply amazing and the rest of this season isn't going to be bad either. I also enjoyed the conversation about the unique smells of people's houses. There are so many places I'd like to visit again just to wake up those memories.

So you recorded this before the previous reaction episode was out? Because this is where Calvin does the sliding door "STAY CALM!" thing. I didn't know you delay them that much.

"Did you wish really hard?" is one of the funniest lines ever in DW. XD

Trouble is, its hard to discuss when it doesnt mean anything yet. Probably went totally over their heads. To be honest I completely forget it was in the episode till i saw it here.

Which episode?

Doctor: "Fear me, I've killed all of them." One of my favorite 11th Doctor lines. On a side note, this episode really contradicts a future one. I don't understand how a show runner can mess up his own lore so easily.
