As far as I can tell, Clone Wars is no longer on any streaming service at this time (it was on Netflix up to recently, but I know they removed it this month.) They're probably watching off BluRay or digital purchase.

Not sure about the scar (he just comes home with it at one point) but they DO have a massive duel on Yavin IV and Anakin needs to give into the Dark Side to defeat her.

This is one of the episodes I remember the most, especially the fight with Ahsoka and Barriss. Also, where are you guys watching this, is it on Netflix?

I haven't seen it but from what I've heard it also shows Ventress giving Anakin his scar? Technically in canon we don't have an explanation so would like for them to make do it in a comic or something and have it be Ventress again

With the original mini cartoon episodes of the clone wars, I think the only thing that would still need to be canon from it is that Mace Windu crushed General Grievous and that's why he's hunched over and coughing all the time.

I love Lost Stars so much. It’s honestly one of the best Star Wars books. Seriously though any Star Wars book/story by Claudia Gray is phenomenal in my opinion.

Hearing Shane talk about Lost Stars is so satisfying as a canon junkie. Hopefully as time goes on they read more of the canon books and comics and bring them into the discussions
