prove it.

Oblivion'sLegend

Maybe he just liked the shirt.

Kurapika is a boy

kevinup

I always assumed Rick watched hxh since he wore the shirt in the past. Im confused.

Cultured Degenerate

Well how else would you translate honorifics to english? Mr, Ms/Mrs, and master are literally the closest things we have without straight up saying -san -sensei or -sama

Cultured Degenerate

lmao

Gon sounds way older than he should in the dub

Boalex123

where can i watch this in english dub for the full leangth

Danny Jeter

Countdown to that Arc

Woodsie89

Yeah, Hulu has these odd pauses in the middle for some reason. I Watched on Crunchyroll, with the audio muted, and it matched up just fine. Their audio was loud enough to here what was going on.

kevinup

holy shit, my jaw just dropped seeing this post. i usually become a patreon because of hxh. first time getting blindsided by a channel i already support!

Tikwah

Yes

xIRagnarok

Is this the MHA replacement?

I have literal tears...T-T no matter what other people say, to me this is the best anime show ever T-T Thank you guys!

Able

Doctor Who is 189 episodes and they’ve been doing one a week for like two years.

Xavier Ruffin

I’m excited

David Jones

People are being too nice about this lol. This will take 3 years to finish. You either double or triple drop this or just drop the series off now.

Hunter X Hunter, just your typical pokemon clone..

Charlie Henriksson

in 130 weeks you will get the biggest anime treat there is

Matthew’s First Name

Your words fall on shallow ears

please guys when we 116 Ep . don't watch with dud please

Griff

Not so much hating on the show, just the $150+ it will cost us to watch it with them week to week.

Griff

Right around $150 to watch them finish this show...

Griff

Im not positive, but i believe they did that as one of their game nights a awhile back, might want to check youtube

DevilsMaiden

Yeah, I also think that one episode per week of HxH is not going to suffice. At least 2 episodes would be nice, especially for Patreon supporters. And that way it wouldn't last for 3 years. I love HxH and it's one of my top 5 favorite anime, but I only voted for it as my 3rd option because it's a long and slow one. I also know they aren't gonna do double drops and they are gonna do the Dub.

Hercule Pyro

How long will it take for them to realise?

Hercule Pyro

Hey guys Gon's dad is Ging (pronounced Jing) not Jean. Also cool, Matt Mercer is voicing leorio :D

Nuptup

It is good from the start itself. It becomes great starting at episode 41!

Kanz

The HxH universe isn't set in Japan guys, it's a fantasy universe with some similarities to our world, a couple of supporting characters are obviously supposed to be from the equivalent of Japan within the universe but Kurapika isn't one of them and neither are all of the main characters.

Hercule Pyro

I might come back in 2 years and binge their reactions up to the start of chimera ant... oh boy this will take a while.

Theory of Hope

Yes this is a long anime but its extremely worth it in the end. There's a reason it's the third highest ranked anime on MAL X)

Anthony Lujan

I've never seen this anime guys how long till it starts getting good not that the beginning isn't good but we all know animes start of slow except for full metal

TbcAlex

Click on the video and find out lol

Tim Ott

Think of it this way. Once they do finally get done with this show, then they have all those other shows to watch. Those shows will also replace other shorter shows (like Code Geass) when they end etc.

Mattman

HxH is great and all, but thinking about the amount of different shows you could've gotten through instead of doing this for 3 years makes me kinda sad lol. Ah well, as long as they find it was worth it by the end... when they find out the story will never be finished XD

Hilding

Is it dub?

Jackie Green

Kurapika is a guy

Vu Bui

OMG Finally!!! Saturday just get better in the next 2 years!!! I'm so glad that you guys react to this show as 5. Btw, Pokemon world lol!

SirTirus

HxH is undoubtably my favorite anime, but i didn’t vote for it because it’s not for everyone and it’s a long investment. Hope you guys enjoy it.

Omar

Aaron: "Maybe he has the ability to understand animals" Shane: "Well then, that's a terrible ability for a Hunter" uhmm....

Siegmeyer

Yup I heard on discord it was a landslide. I’m in it for the long run. Hopefully these people won’t show up for the rest of the reactions and just came to this one to cry.

Kara59

Gotta say its funny how people are only complaining about how long the show is just because their pick didnt win. I guarantee you HxH won by a landslide, which is why some of yall sound petty in the comment section. Guess what, ur show probs got SMOKED. The guys are in for a real treat, and this guy will be watching weekly 😤

Ark

Oh god I forgot about the few fillers....

Nicolas Cardillo

Love it that u guys are watching this!! But really you guys should do like 3 episodes a week. If the shows are an Anime over 100 episodes n don't watch feelers, since each episode has like 10-16 min of new footage. so around 3 episodes would have similar length as TV Shows of 45-52 min. ANIME NEEDS DIFFERENT STANDERS if they are long series. Code Geass is cool because u can do Season 1-2 on a year period, like a tv series.

Siegmeyer

So many haters of this masterpiece. So many people crying with tears of salt. 😢 clicking on a video to moan. It’s like there aren’t any other shows... Imagine? Couldn’t be me 🌚

Zane

Yeah for expediency's sake I'd recommend that this be at 2 episode a week show

bobross

sucks that its only once a week, might take out my subscription because there's only probably 1 really hype episode 1-2 month (4 episodes/month). hope yall enjoy the series!

William Fritz

YEEEESSS!!!

Ark

As much as I love HxH and BW, I don't think it can keep me invested for three years. It would be nice if it was double drop, or at least double drop for patreon, and single drop for the public. That way it would incentivise more people to become members to watch the double drop, and while also rewarding for those who been members. Sorry about the whining, it's just a really long term three year commitment, when I don't know what's gonna happen in the future of patreon or so. :c

Temi

You're overreacting, it isn't even bad

Bernice Summerfield

I'm really happy to see them react to one of my favourite animes. It's going to be an amazing journey!

Ryan H

Whats gunna happen when MHA comes back?

The day has come. Guys, I'm happy. Thank you.

Jocta96

this is going to be amazing

Ryan H

Dose anyone know where there watching from for full length? Tried hulu but it was a bit off.

Alric Amon

Sub or dub ?

RancorSnp

I am not surprised that HxH won the poll, that said I did not vote for it as I can't help but think about the amount of time it will take them to watch this show. At the pace of 1 episode a week it really feels like short series suit them best ^^'

hearing them talk about D&D makes me want to see them play.

TbcAlex

I binged this entire show in less than a week to get prepared for the reactions :D

asdy

the dub is super cringy, i wonder how long till i get used to it

Gorgonfish

Looks like we have to wait until summer when the live shows (CW mostly) end.

Kevin Xiong

Yesss!! This series gets soooo good later on

Hobbes

Look I don’t think people are hating on the quality of the show. It’s the fact that this is a 3 year investment. I think that’s what’s got people up in arms

Anonamai

You guys introduced me to Rick & Morty and got me into MHA. I’ve seen people hype about this so let’s go.

Siegmeyer

Bye Felicia 👏🏼😂

Griff

Bummer, looks like I'm out with the patreon support. Been a good run i suppose.

James Bryson

Yup My Hero was the last thing keeping me here. I wish they would stick with Black Mirror soI could stay a patreon but doesnt seem likely

Hobbes

Yeah they will watch 2 more seasons of MHA before HxH finishes

Ivan

Meh, they're running out of things I care about on Patreon. Mob Psycho could've held me for a while. Oh well, I'll finish this month out and I'll be back for AOT season 3 part 2 for early access.

aSackOfReactions

The dub voices definitely grow on you and they get better as the series goes on.

Golden Pants

While I wouldn't put it in so many words, I don't really like this series very much either. The power system is fairly good, but outside of that it felt very lackluster.

Cadmus Lochlan

because every reactor is doing seven deadly sins. thats why some people don't vote for it.

The Pebble

Yup, I was hoping it was mob psycho because I wanted to watch it myself anyway, but instead we get the most overated anime of all time, sorry if I'm shitting on any of your favorite show, I tried watching it but I'd literally rather watch mickey mouse fucking clubhouse than this I don't understand the appeal.

amityplatero

2 words.. Thank you

Vega

all time favorite anime....but this is going to take way tooo long lol.

coffeemilk

Don't really like the whole "Mr Lerorio" they did to replace the dialog about honorifics. I feel like it might confuse the group later on.

Nick R

Pretty sure studio Madhouse made HxH (2011)

Kara59

Lmao feelings were hurt.

L

Had to be HxH huh. Couldn't be Mob Psycho 100 that only has two short seasons. Guess I might end up dropping this patreon depending on what new is voted on. So far all the shows on the polls have been shit.

Anthia Grant

YAAAASSS!!!!! HxH!!!! Let's go!!!

Glynn Rockwell

Is this just fantasy?

Firestormwalker

Cool. Never seen the dub before. Now I get to. Also, Kurapika is a boy.

Conner Simpkins

Shouldn't there be a link for full length?

Vasiliu Vlad

Idk why ppl chose this one.. Is not a good show for reactions.. Seven Deadly sins is Way better.. It will be boring for like 30 or so episodes before it gets kind of good ... mhmm.... I guess I just hope for another poll, maybe Mr Robot will win..

Facundo Brouwer de Koning

Yep I was thinking the same , too bad Mob didnt win .

josh

btw it looks like fullmetal because bones did both shows and bones is the best

Chronicler

Yeah, it really is. First thing I thought too

When MHA season 4 comes out, will hxh be on hold, or will they both be on Saturday?

yeah... those pokemon vibes gonna end real quick lol fma is a closer description

Crunchyroll

Jaime Soto

The start of a long journey, much like this anime! Imma check back every 6 months or so, that way I can watch some quality binge reactions of HxH

James

Can anyone suggest a way to watch this in the UK. I've tried the Funimation app but it's not on there

Well the next 2 years just got better.

Jaime Soto

that's awesome to hear, glad you're enjoying it. Definitely one of my top 5 anime of all time

Jaime Soto

are you gonna watch along week by week or watch ahead and come back to the reaction series?

Jjj.

Im not a big fan of this dub voices, but the translation (which is normally my biggest problem with dub) is pretty good. They dont miss-intepret or change things. So i think it will be ok

BK456

Locked in for years...good lord.

I prefer One Piece, but I've never really sit down to watch this so should be interesting.

What about Young Justice Season 3?

TbcAlex

They are ready with another upload if it gets blocked.

Ekorren

Eugh. Well, I guess there will be future reactions that I can enjoy.

Savannah

I was pretty sure this was going to win so I decided to start watching it. I'm already on episode 55 and loving it!!!

KBM

Pretty sure you need to use Vimeo for this or you’ll get your videos taken down for HxH.

Robust_Sauce

Oh lordy lord, three years of hxh starting now boiz, buckle up, it's gonna be a hell of a ride :)

CosmicLasagna

OMG IS THIS THE REAL LIFE?

MOB12

Never gonna happen

awesomeusername

And so it begins. I've been waiting for this day since I binged through the ATLA reactions years ago - HYPE X HYPE !!!!!!!!

YEAH!!!!!!!

MOB12

That's why I was hoping MOB would win cause then they could do HxH after but whatever 🤷‍♂️

Nick

This gonna be a great Journey!

Alexander Santiago

They should really do double uploads for this series.

Chris Walker

Never seen this show and I’m excited for it, but also annoyed because it’ll take them more than 2 years to finish. Oh well.

Pendragon

Full crew!!

Hampus Brohlin

Even if it's Dubbed, I'm sure they will enjoy it.

Nick Heiney

I really hope that they like this anime!

Alex P

Great anime but now we have to wait 100 plus weeks for the next show they react to

josh

LET’S GO! i became a patreon just for this:)

Chronicler

Niceeeee!

Sahar

Omg it’s here 😬😳
