Arthur Baelyn

Dexter is one of the greats.

Edgar Navas

is blocked

Hunter Tober-McGivern

Is it blocked for anyone else?

João Pedro Dâmaso

plenty of people watch mediocre shows

Carlos

How did this win??? I mean it's great in the beginning but after season 4 the down slope is pretty hard.

Jack Dwyer

YES!

The Pebble

I agree, still think Walking Dead is the worst decline of a show though, I dunno how anyone can enjoy that garbage now, it disapoints me Blind Wave does...

Jereco

I guess I'm in the minority here, but I'm not really very excited for this show. It starts pretty good but the decline it gets is one of the worst of any show. Hannibal is a far superior show that focuses on serial killers tbh.

chris z

ive seen every episode, twice, except the finale. didnt wanna ruin it lol.

Griff

Eric has already seen it, not enjoyable to have 2 people at the table that have already seen it.

Shane Kimbrell

Damn... Now I get to be pissed off about the finale all over again.

chris z

i love Dexter, but not a fan of Rick, after his Game of Thrones reactions. so. lets see how this goes. pity Eric isnt on these.

Ashgar77

Love Dexter, glad you guys are reacting to it.

Nick Earl

Speaking of Buffy, have Blind Wave ever watched that show? It's brilliant imo but only about two channels have reacted to it.

TbcAlex

Titans and Mr Robot was in this and the last poll

The Pebble

Calvin you literally said exactly what Rick said about Dexter acting like the people he's around, did he just turn his hearing off while Rick spoke or does he think we're too stupid to see he's paraphrasing the exact same thing Rick just said....

Carmen Young

Yayyy! Super excited that Dexter won! Can't wait to see all the reactions.

Anthony Wickizer

Yeah. I stopped after season 4. Last good season for me.

Walter Alcaraz

This is a bloody good show.... :D

Rakoon Shampoo

First time I’ve seen multiple things I wanted them to watch on a poll: I am unsure of how they work. Specifically, I am not aware of what happens to the losers. Are they eliminated completely or do they return for future polls?

Tikwah

They do a massive poll(Notreallyapoll, not sure what to call it) once(?) a year where first you comment on patreon to recommend shows (I think it was limited to one per user as in the first thing you recommend and nothing else) and then they have a big poll where you can choose however many of those shows you want and vote so they see which shows have the most interest behind them and based on that + I believe a bit of personal preference is how they determine what they poll when something ends. I can also guarantee both The Expanse and The Blacklist were already in the big poll.

Michael Harrop

Dexter is fantastic, its legacy is lessened by the dip in quality in the final few seasons, but many seasons 1-4 are stellar. Especially season 4!

There'll be a next time.

Quick question for the people here: how are certain shows picked for election in a poll? Are they chosen by Blind Wave or is there somewhere I can go to recommend them? I want to recommend The Blacklist and The Expanse.

Liam Skoda

For me until 4-5.

loved dexter until its final season

Woodsie89

My number 3 choice, not bad

Kricket Carnes

Yay so happy y’all are reacting to dexter it’s such a good show

HybridThizzle

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!

Zach

Supplies, motherfucker!

EddietheHead

Haha, I love the song choice for the end card. "Getting Away With Murder" is definitely fitting.

RemmingtonSteel

HOLY SHIT IM!!! What is this a crossover episode?!

Hilding

Damn!! SoA is so great tho

outdoorcats

I've actually watched more seasons of Dexter than any other show. Which is weird because overall I thought the show was pretty bad (meaning, looking at the entire show, just way more bad seasons than good seasons). But also addictive in its way. Definitely reactions to the first two seasons will be great!

FILMBuFF

Holy Shit! Dexter!!

The idea about wearing masks that Shane was talking about is from psychiatrist Carl Jung! He called the public image of ourselves the persona. If the persona is excessive then the true nature of ones personality will eventually cease to exist. In order to counter an excessive persona an individual would need to realize ones true Self or what he coined was the individualization process. Jung and his ideas are incredibly interesting even if he did go a little mad.

Alexander Bowles

The polls are so unpredictable

Andrew Courtney

I like seeing Darla be not Darla. Buffy and Angel fans will get it.

Tina L

Shane's reactions are my reactions; from the intro of Dokes to enjoying the musical score and all the little things that make this show so creepy and entertaining, I am grinning through it all. I am so glad that guys went from one of my favorite shows "Peaky Blinders" to "Dexter." Hopefully, one day they will react to YOU.

Sahar

Yes... first choice won .... I love this show and it’s so interesting and I can’t wait for all the discussions

Ian Duran

So happy to see you guys react to this, one of the only shows I can back and watch constantly without getting tired of it.

Juliane Ivanow

Me too, hopefully next time?

Conner Simpkins

Damn was hoping for Mr. Robot, oh well there's always the next poll.

Guess

I’ve only watched life the first 3 episodes and that was like 3 years ago . Don’t remember if I liked it or not but I’ll probably watch along with you guys

PCGaming

Was hoping sopranos would so I could watch along :P seen 1 or 2 eps of dexter... didn't really find it anything special but I'll give it another go

David Moyes

big surprise thought crappy lucifer was going to win but this is second best to sons of anarchy

Jo

Won over SG1 and Sopranos... fucking yikes.

Ryan Wojo

Yay! My 3rd choice won!! I had Chuck and SG-1 ahead of Dexter but I can’t wait to see them react to this show, especially John Lithgow‘s arc!!

Chris Walker

I’ve only ever seen the first episode of Dexter like 5 years ago. I’ve heard plenty of good and bad things about this show, but I know I’ll enjoy it either way as long as I watch it alongside BW.

Alejandro Rodriguez

WHAT!? This is an amazing surprise! IDK about anybody else, but I have Dexter as my GOAT GOAT show :)

even though i really do love dexter its a great show i really really and i mean really hoping sons of anarchy would win that show really needs to be experience by you guys especially this particular combo

OMG YEEEES I love Dexter =D

Subaru130

Wow, I don't remember what the other candidates were, but I was not expecting Dexter to win the poll. That's a very pleasant surprise.

Sheriff Uchiha

Nice surprise.

N

Holy shit it’s dexter
