Damn, I've been meaning to watch this at some point, but with all racing around at the beginning it reminded me of the movie Redline, would be a dope movie to watch.

Joel

I've never seen this movie, only the blob scene so I was shocked to realize that was in this movie

You guys should add What We Do In The Shadows to the next poll if you haven't seen it. It's directed by and starring Taika Waititi. It's one of my favourites

DF

ngl, that's a pretty good cartoon

@Lady_Starshadow

As someone who has just bought the first three volumes: Yeah, it's insane. The art is even more insane! Highly recommended! :D

Champion Bescos

One of the greatest anime of all time. Visually, sonically, and philosophically breathtaking. The manga, I hear, is even more insane.

With the horrible fire at the Kyoto animation studio last week, it's nice to re-watch such an all time classic as this right now.

Noah Rockwell

wow they didn't show their reaction to the ending

Sahar

that animation though.....but am with Aaron... I liked what I saw but didn't understand it lol

Ghost_Troupe

I'm pretty sure he chose Thor because Marvel gave him the green light to do his Lady Thor and lesbian Valkyrie storyline he's been wanting to do.

First time seeing it and wasn’t a fan. Not horrible but not great to me. I appreciate it for the time that it came out but other than that it’s not for me

I wonder how Taika Waititi pitched the live-action U.S. remake to major studios and what those conversations were like behind closed doors. "Just think The Warriors meets Firestarter meets Resident Evil is a post-apocalyptic Japan. It'll be a hit!" "Sure Taika, sounds great: here's 100 million dollars, but only if it's PG-13, is set in the U.S., and has a happy ending with franchise potential." "Actually, you know what, I'm going to go ahead and make another Thor."

DF

NaM the weebs away. NaM NaM NaM NaM NaM NaM

Nick Earl

I would love them to do any Studio Ghibli

Nick Earl

there was going to be a film but it's been shelved

Doby Greg

It's a superhero property with a decent buzz behind it and not to long. They will most likely do it. I could see it replace Jessica Jones since there's no more netflix stuff. And a lot of more serious show end on monday. Although the humour seems more of a classic Thursday.

Erich Bomke

Nothing to do with this video, but since I just finished The Boys and am coming to watch this...man I hope BW reacts to The Boys. Best Super Hero show since Daredevil Season 2.

Tetsuo93

Whooo!!! My favorite movie of all time!!

HappyDame

Great reaction as always! Can't wait for them to react to Grave of the Fireflies.

Less a sequel more just following the Manga more closely

Well Akira is a getting a new TV Series that will hopefully be closer to the Manga

@Lady_Starshadow

Speaking of sequels, Sunrise has confirmed that a sequel series is in works. They will be working closely with Katsuhiro Otomo, the creator, along with the movie being remastered in 4K!
