Robert Trainer

Amanda Winner

Watched this reaction and decided I had to watch the whole show so I got Amazon Prime for the free month

Ethan

So glad to finally be a Patron so I can watch this awesome show with you guys!

Lurkingposter

Each episode is put up a week early on Patreon. Since this is episode 1, Patreon users get access but it's not available for general audiences on YouTube until next week.

Quick question, isn’t the 2nd episode of The Boys supposed to be uploaded the same time as the first for early access? Any idea where it is, or did they just not have time to watch it yet? I think I remember Eric saying during the 1st episode that it should be up? Just curious, not that big of a deal really.

Uncle Bubba

One of the best, if not the best series of 2019. Prepare to have your minds blown!

Montie

Clearly you guys have never gone through panic attacks, but Hughie was experiencing one every time he saw A Train's face. I'm happy to see he was able to overcome his fear when he came face to face with the "hero". Hughie's metamorphosis might've started slowly but now that he killed one of the 7, I'm looking forward to see how he changes as a person.

Chuck

I should have become a patreon long ago but this show definitely made me sign up!

ProphecyGirl_

Awesome. I just finished this series a couple days ago and I enjoyed it. Looking forward to the reactions.

Amazingchi

Ooh, this is going to be fun.

Kali Mbata

Thank you so much I've been so looking forward to this! Hang on to ya butts!!

This is based on a comic created/written by Garth Ennis (Preacher, Punisher Max) fun fact: In the comics Hughie's appearance is based on Simon Pegg. Since he's too old at this point to play him, he was cast as his dad.

Cheyenne Hacker

I'm ashamed to admit but I watched the entire series and never noticed Hughie's dad was being played by Simon Pegg. I had to read about it somewhere after the fact. The man is unrecognizable with an American accent!

Cheyenne Hacker

Fun fact! The actor who plays Hughie is Jack Quaid, son of Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan. To me he looks just like his mom.

KBM

antony starr (homelander) and karl urban (butcher) absolutely steal the show.

YES!!

cdbriggs

It's gonna be fantastic

trickymaster

Fantastic show. Can't wait for the reactions..

Watching y'all react to this series is legitimately the only reason I got a patreon. I love this series and can't wait till y'all really see how fucked up and grey this world is!

HybridThizzle

There actually was a poll for this. At Wavecon.

julio morales

Yay i love this show.. i hope in the future they can watch other prime shows like food omens

Harvey H

A fun thing I noticed is that the red-haired woman who was Starlight's agent is the same actress that played the weird neighbour in Jessica Jones season 2.

Mten10th

What a pleasant freakin surprise!

Skeezy Mike

tremendous

Jason Davis

literally just made my day

Kara59

Would be cool if they reacted to an anime without a poll vote once in a while, especially to some of the newer shows out. But for sure will give this series a shot.

TbcAlex

There is no dub yet

TbcAlex

They just finished Stranger Things

Gavin Hardiman

Another show? I thought finish a few before picking another one up

AnEnthusiasticKoala

HybridThizzle

HybridThizzle

Will Cee

My friend made a deal where if I watch this show he watches death note. I’m on episode one of The Boys while he’s on episode 16 of Death Note. Your reactions will probably actually help me want to watch more lol.

Matt Modlinski

Griffen

Rick was right it is Queen Maeve with an A not O lol

Erich Bomke

They are currently reacting to Cowboy Bebop, Fruit Basket, and Mob Psycho? Are none of those anime anymore? I didnt get the memo.

Doug C

Yay!!! Thank you! Now, where’s Umbrella Academy? (Damn fans never satisfied.... :-) )

Theodore C

Hell yeah, I was just thinking "I hope they get around to watching the boys soon" ...then bam look what pops up. Today's a good day.

YES YES YES YES!

Scott Wilkinson

If you watch the background after Homelander tosses the bank robber in the air you see him land . . . there's no getting back up from that one . . .

Erich Bomke
