You really don't need to be a weeb to know thatcsomethign that was explained and shown disappeared. There's something called "paying attention".

Eric's Shining Fingers hate comes out of nowhere. Shut up about it already.

chtis23407

you guys should do episodes 10-12 in one sitting. Would be perfect

Garrett Gee

I love all these weaboos telling the group that hasn't watched a lot of anime or know about Japanese culture would somehow miraculously know about Japanese culture. I also do not know what this is... is it a fruit?

Zach

She's wearing shorts, so it's not exactly a "panty shot", but it's certainly an, uh, interesting camera angle.

Erich Bomke

I think you misunderstood their discussion because that's exactly what they are talking about and said. They just took it a step further with what would happen to his consciousness up until the snap where he goes into the world line. They are considering someones consciousness as individuality and what makes someone a living person. So because he jumps into a new timeline and takes over the consciousness, he essentially eliminates one of himselves from time. In this case, a version of himself that grew up in an Akihabara that isnt the nerd capital of Japan. Which would be a completely different life.

Kali Mbata

Where'd Eric get that Fringe shirt from?!

Conner Simpkins

Eric and Rick's face when they did the panty shot was exactly me when I saw that lmao.

YYZHawk

Okabe's consciousness remains constant, however. He has explicitly said before that he's the only one that is keeping his memories from previous world lines, thereby implying he is not replacing those memories with new ones from the world lines he shifts onto. That's why he isn't aware of what's going on every time he shifts.

Anastasia Burmistrova

Surprised they do not know about Akihabara.

Dimas Anindito

[Nonspoiler] Faris' real name is Rumiho Akiha. The town they live in is Akihabara, where "Akiha" (秋葉) is taken from her family's name and "-bara" (原) means "field". In Tokyo, Akihabara is the cultural center of Japanese pop culture (anime, manga, electronics, cosplays, etc.) and is arguably the otaku capital of the world. -- Incidentally, all the protagonists of Steins;Gate are nerds of some sort.

zezibesh

I imagine it'll be on polls, for now it's just S;G

Kali Mbata

I know! Can't wait!!

I know it's early but are they going to react to steins gate 0 after this? I could see them jumping straight over but would also get it if they didn't
