The Witcher 1x2 Reaction Early Access!

Luke Pearce

When are you reacting to the next episode?

EyedOmally

YES PLEASE!

all of blind wave should watch this show

Ravjeet B

Dandelion was chosen over buttercup to be Jaskier's English name as Buttercup was not masculine enough according to the info online

MrSkarred

They may be worried about getting copyright strike for it perhaps?

Jaskier is the polish word for "Dandelion" and/or "Buttercup"

MustacheKash

Wow they almost edited out the song completely thats lame lol

Logan Ryan

It is Dandelion but in the show he is called Jaskier, his original name.

Jasmin Holmes

who else thought it was monday and thought they were uploading breaking bad 😭 I only enjoy my Monday's because of blindwave.

KBM

ppl gonna complain every week about it being 3/5 uh? stfu ty.

DeathStalker

i feel like splitting the crew for this Show is such a missed opportunity... Especially when i know Eric would definitely love this show..

Erich Bomke

Probably not gonna happen. Im sure they might watch it eventually, but it wont be on camera.

Danny Jeter

If only the team wasnt split up for this show

j c

5:31 The look on Shane's face is harboring some major assumptions. Loved the reaction and hope Calvin and Rick react to Watchmen

Garik

As someone who read all the books several times, the show is a very weak adaptation. Mostly because of the writing. And the King Slayer Arc is a game thing. In case if you don't know, games are continuation of the books.

Ruben Lopez

As someone who has played all the games, this show is pretty decent. Objectively. Some of the dialogue doesn't land but that's about it. Definitely interested in more seasons. Could you imagine a king Slayer Arc? Damn.

Olenti

I had mixed feelings my first watch through. By the end I enjoyed The Witcher much more. I've started my second watch and I'm already enjoying it more with the information I have now. It was a pleasant surprise that you guys are reacting to it as well as I started my rewatch, and I'm on ep2, so I think I might actually watch along... but I'm sure I'll watch ahead😊

Ed Alvey

Eric & Aaron are doing Watchmen while the other guys do The Witcher. Maybe they'll do an Eric & Aaron reaction for Witcher after they've done Watchmen.

Rey Alex

Where did you read that? Jaskier is actually his real alias (his full name is another story :P ). The english translation was the one to change it /adapt it to Dandelion but the original was Jaskier all along. I'm guessing since the author was more involved here than usual he asked for the original names to be kept :)

Just a Genius

There was a bunch of confusion amongst fans about the Bard. But he is indeed Dandelion. during this time he goes by the name Jaskier and later adopts the Alias Dandelion. The writers confirmed this in an interview.

MrSkarred

Glad ya'll are enjoying it. Shame Eric isn't there, I would've thought this is the kind of show he would like.

TbcAlex

They are reacting to Watchmen while Shane, Rick and Calvin are reacting to The Witcher.

Tibb

Will Eric and Aaron join in later episodes?

Ark

Makes me wanna finish Witcher 3... just like Aaron’s KH3 gameplay, if only Rick Witcher 3 gameplay was still on twitch. I held off not watching cuz I didn’t wanna be spoiled.
