I think it could be an interesting opportunity for more character development for him, and a way to work through his issues with his own father. Also I'd be keen to see who the offspring would be.

I rather not. Im sure the mom or kid will be the bad guy in the story for not wanting him despite having built a life for themselves in those 15 years. If he wants a family make him build a real relation instead of skipping ahead.

I think it’s possible, but I don’t think they should do the storyline. They already did a plot-line in season 2 where Stein accidentally had a daughter after he berated his younger self.

Mick needs a new storyline other than just being drunk all the time now that he has passed on the Rebecca Silver baton. Having a kid would be a fun way of giving him a storyline, especially since he was so good with Clark and Lois’s baby in Crisis.
