So I had an idea but not sure if it will work, but I feel like it could, If you could possibly maybe look And possibly make something out it? please Take this hulk build and the flash build and smash them together? Would be very interesting and awesome?

I do make a lot of homebrew items for my campaigns but I definitely use existing items for inspiration or guidelines for power scaling
