Hopefully, you guys still don't think Roger or Tom has anything to do with the creation of the Pluton blueprint. The Pluton is an ancient weapon, so the blueprint existed hundreds of years before Roger was born. And I watched some other reactors as well about this. Just to clarify, Tom is dead. He was taken to Enies Lobby to get executed. idk why the subtitles left the execution part out.
