New experimental algorithm

It's a new algorithm to calculate the number of engaged players without relying on Steam Web API. It uses the machine learning algorithm as a foundation and then enhances its precision.It's not perfect by any means, but seems to be more accurate than just pure ML. If your game has stats generated by this algorithm, please let me know if it's better for your or not :)
