"Fat Trimmings" Volume 22 - Sequels Galore

“Another Bout with the Munchies”

“The Munchies like to make people fat.
If you know us, then you know that.
We like to fatten those who are lean.
And it’s a bonus for us if they’re mean.
We find the ones who are most proud.
Are the best to turn into a cow.
There are many stories of ours to tell.
Here’s one about a vain woman we helped to swell.”
Maria was a driven woman, a hard working professional who regularly worked to advance her career at the ruthless expense of others. Maria worked in marketing where image was everything, so she was also constantly preening herself in the mirror, making sure her trim, toned and perfect figure was perfectly displayed in whatever outfit she chose to work that day. She was a prim and proper woman who believed in order, an order that she decided on and hated people she believed were beneath her, which was most everyone. And this long list of people included fat people in big bold letters and red ink. Maria thought fat people were lazy and disgusting and could only stand to be around them when she was either using them to further her own goals or outwardly disparaging and demeaning them.
Work was hard on Maria. She was constantly working late and stressing out over important clients and fast approaching deadlines all while trying to make sure she maintained her ambitious career track. It wasn’t enough to be good. She had to excel, to dominate others. With all that stress, making fun of fat people became an outlet for relaxation, a fun bit of sport. This was especially the case when dealing with her fat assistant, Dana.
Doughy Dana was the preferred nickname that Maria had for Dana. Dana was an apple shaped fat girl with a big gut and breasts large enough to make Maria a little jealous which is why Maria regularly kept her insults framed around Dana’s doughy midsection.
“Jelly Belly.” “Blubber Guts.” “Pot Bellied Piggy.” These were just a few of the insults that Maria would sling Dana’s way both to her face and behind her back. Dana never bothered to complain to HR because she knew that Maria was a rising star in the agency, and she hoped that by attaching herself to Maria and putting up with a few insults she would rise herself.
Still, she couldn’t help but wish that someone would take Maria down a peg.
“This is the part of the story where we come in, and Maria’s fattening is about to begin.”
It was a typically long day of work when Maria found the Munchies in her home.
“Looks like work has got you beat. We think you deserve a treat. So why don’t you just take a seat. Rest your head and put up your feet.”
“Yes. Put your feet up and relax. Let us Munchies serve you snacks.”
She couldn’t understand why, but she let the Munchies do it. Maria normally abhorred the idea of snacking, but after such a long tiring day… They were right. She did deserve to be treated right, pampered even. She earned a little snack, just this once.
“But with us, it’s never just one.”
“We’ll fatten you up until we’re done.”
“And thoughts of being thin will cease.”
“Once we’ve made you quite obese.”
For Maria the journey toward obesity began with a single doughnut. And then a second. And a third. She was amazed how quickly she had polished them off. She didn’t even remember eating a fourth one when she looked down and saw the empty box where there was once a half a dozen doughnuts. All that was left were some crumbs she had dropped while gorging herself. Her nimble fingers quickly snatched those up and shoved them into her mouth as well.
She let out a moan as she licked the powder and glaze from her fingers.
“There were many more visits like that night.”
“She hardly even put up a fight.”
“Once her appetite grew more brash, her metabolism began to crash.”
“And only one thing can come from that.”
“Maria started getting very fat.”
Maria’s trim tummy gains a convex shape as it bowed outward into a generous and jiggy pot belly. She gained love handles to match and was soon sporting a full on muffin top that bulged out at all sides. Her jiggling belly was a sour point for her, but her late night binging and stress at work led her to working out less and less because of her complete lack of energy. It seemed like whatever energy she did have after work went right into eating.
“Stuff your face. You’re eating right.”
“Let those pants get really tight.”
“We’ll feed you more chocolate, cakes, and pies.”
“And watch the pounds go to your thighs.”
Maria’s thighs did indeed fill out. She used to have lean but athletic thighs, but thanks to the Munchies, she grew saddlebags and then eventually full blown thunder thighs that slapped and pressed together. She used to strut about the office, but the Munchies’ machinations turned her into a waddler. Her pants were like sausage casings, at least the ones that she could still close due to her big, blubbery belly. And the Munchies were far from done with her.
“Have another pretzel, potato chip, or pork rind.”
“We love watching all that junk go straight to your behind.”
Munching with the Munchies led to Maria’s pert butt blowing up into too big blubbery cheeks. They swayed and jiggled and just like her thighs they were covered in cellulite. Her chunky cheeks became pants splitters. She was upset with herself, but it wasn’t like she could suddenly stop eating. The meals with the Munchies had ruined her self-control. So, despite her endless moaning about it, her fat ass kept getting bigger. She missed her tight behind but just couldn’t kick her new junk food addiction. And as her ass grew softer and fatter she grew less inclined to get up off of it.
“Keep on eating whatever’s in reach.”
“Soon you’ll look like a whale stuck on the beach.”
Eventually, Maria’s laziness spread into her worklife. She began to fall behind on deadlines, to run late for meetings (partly because her waddling made it take longer to physically get to places.) And even when she spoke there was a sense of malaise in her voice. She began to get chastised at work which added to her stress, and the Munchies made sure that all that stress drove her to eat even more.
“You want more cake? We knew you would. Eating makes you feel so good.”
“For your clothes, you’ve gotten too big. You’re becoming quite the pig.”
The previously stylish Maria ended up wearing mostly clothes she had thoroughly outgrown and looked ridiculous again or ruddy old sweatpants and anything else that could stretch to accommodate her obese body. She had become a blubbery girl, the kind of woman she would have previously referred to as a hog. When she looked in the mirror and jiggled her jelly belly, a real blubber gut that loved to peek out of her shirts and roll over her pants, she had to admit that she had turned herself into a real pot bellied pig.
“Stop worrying about your figure. Accept your fat. Now that you’ve grown to big there’s no going back.”
“So sit that big butt down and have another snack.”
In the end, Maria’s life was never what she dreamed it would be. Her professional responsibilities were reduced and she was given the choice of being demoted or being outright fired. Desperate to keep whatever job she could (and too lazy to look for another) she accepted becoming Dana’s lowly assistant, and while Dana never really lost much weight, Maria certainly gained enough to make her look thin by comparison.
“We Munchies were very pleased by the time it came to sing our final verse and take our leave.”
“Once you were a stuck up brat
Now we’ve made you big and fat
You used to be so slim and vain
But now you’ll never be thin again.
And your weight will only grow.
You can’t stop eating, that much we know.
Our job is done. We leave you now.
Enjoy the fat life, you great big cow.”

“The Fat Making Notebook Goes to the Beach”

The beach was not normally the kind of place Asami liked to go. Being a rather heavy set girl, the beach did not hold fond memories for her. It was usually the kind of place where she felt self-conscious due to a combination of her own insecurities and the judgmental stares of others.
But with the notebook in hand, she suddenly felt a lot more confident. And there was something in the air that made it feel like the beach was really calling her name. And once she got there it didn’t take her long to find someone worthy of changing.
She was a tall and tan beauty with long dark hair. And she was with a short squat woman who didn’t look like a family member but who the raven haired beauty wasn’t treating like a friend. She was just so snide, showing off her body and insulting the other woman.
Asami decided that it would be fun to make the show off one the fat friend, and while she couldn’t make the fat friend thinner, she could certainly make the thin friend far fatter.
“The slim woman with dark hair is going to gain weight until her bikini barely fits her. Everyone will think she just hasn’t realized how much weight she’s gained until just now. She will continue to gain weight over the next six months and always be at least fifty pounds heavier than the other woman she’s with while never losing weight.”
The tanned and toned woman kept her tan, but her tone began to disappear as her abs turned to flab. Her trim tummy began to bulge out into a big bouncing paunch with thick love handles that spilled over the edges of her bikini bottoms. Those same bottoms became greatly taxed by the widening of her hips and the thickening of her thighs.
Those thighs grew suddenly saddlebags and as she strut about still trying to pose, blissfully unaware of the way her new flab was moving, especially as her spongy belly grew bigger and bounced up and down like it was full of jelly. As she swung her widening hips, her growing ass swung along. She had planned to hit her usually with a simple pop of her pert butt, but now her chunky ass bounced quite a bit more than she was used to and almost threw her off balance.
Every bit of her was softer. Her breasts grew soft and saggy and filled her bikini top. They would have been quite distracting if she hadn’t grown such a large dominating pot belly. Although she maintained her tan, her lower half was also clearly covered with cellulite. The original chubby friend, who was in a much more flattering swimsuit, couldn’t help but chuckle at the display that her newly chunky friend was putting on and at the sideways glances she was receiving because of it.
Seeing that she wasn’t getting the kind of attention she wanted. The newly pudgy porker snorted and looked down at her sunbathing friend.
“I’m bored and hungry. Let’s go get some ice cream.”
“Okay, but you better be careful. You eat too much ice cream and you’re gonna bust out of that suit,” snickered the friend.
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“It means you’ve been gaining weight like crazy. Jeez. I may be kinda hefty, but you’re getting downright FAT.”
“Ugg! Shut up. Now you’re buying the ice cream.”
“Fine with me, blubber butt.”
As the two wandered off to fill their tubby tummies with ice cream, Asami was pleased with the knowledge that the raven haired former beauty queen would soon be waddling about stuffing her fat face with snacks. And Asami was filled with a hunger of her own, the hunger to find more people to punish.

Janey’s Mom Gets Jiggly

Janey’s mom, Karen, hated that her fat lazy daughter had to move back in with her. She had once been so proud of Janey, was trying to vicariously relieve her glory days through Janey and loathed the idea of her perfect daughter becoming such a fat lump. It didn’t help that her fat ass friend Tanish kept hanging around the house, loafing about with her cow of a daughter and being a terrible influence.
“You pathetic pigs,” Karen would say as a way of chastising the two of them.
“You used to be so gorgeous, so full of potential, and now you’re just two fat sacks sucking off my generosity. If you’re going to stay here Janey, you better stop being such a pig and start pitching in.”
Well, Janey took at least half of that comment to heart and did start pitching in. While she was saving up to hopefully afford rent, her part time job at her local Thick Burger meant that she did take home enough money to contribute to the food. Of course, fresh fruits and vegetables can be out of one’s budget. But generic brand junk food can be cheap.
Janey made sure the house was stocked with the kinds of junk that her and Tanisha loved to eat. Therefore, junk food became a constant presence in Karen’s life as well.
And well, all those garbage calories had an inevitable effect.
“Look at all this crap you eat. No wonder you’re so fat. You have to be careful with junk like this,” Karen said the day she finally gave in and ate a chocolate bar.
“Indulging every so often is okay, especially if you have a metabolism like mine,” she noted as she stuffed her hand into a bag of potato chips.
“But if you keef p-pigging out like you do, you gon keef geffing fapher,” she mumbled with her mouth full of pretzels.
Karen couldn’t seem to follow her own advice, even after her older metabolism slowed down and the pounds started to pile on. Her long held abs turned to pudge, and her pants became harder to button, stretched at the seams from her chunky ass and thighs, but still she kept chastising.
“You’re destined to be too obese hogs forever,” she’d say as she finished slurping down her milkshake.
“I’m telling you. You’re not going to attract people looking like a heifer who can’t stop stuffing herself,” she warned as she shoved another Twinkie in her mouth.
Janey’s habit became ingrained within her plumping mother. The former bitchy beauty queen grew nice and fat with a big sagging gut that she tried to tuck into her mom jeans and a fat flabby ass that was joined by a thick pair of thunder thighs. She had fought off time for as long as she could, but the extra weight made her look every day of her age, especially once her angular face gave up and became subsumed by fat. She grew jiggly jowls and a doughy double chin and looked every bit a piggish middle aged woman and nothing at all like the kind of vibrant young beauty who used to turn heads and win awards for her looks.
As she grew fatter and fatter, the harsh and now hypocritical words eventually ceased. Karen mellowed as she settled into her life of obesity. And in doing so, her relationship with her daughter grew along with her waistline. Even once Janey moved out and found her own apartment with Tanisha, the two remained close. Janey would regularly visit, and the two would sit on their now crowded couch and stuff their faces with junk as they caught up.
Sure, whenever she was out in public, Karen felt the same kind of judgment she had once passed on other fat people. But she knew she was a fatty forever now, and she had made her peace with that.

Mermaid or Manatee?

Veronica used to be a swim star. She used to be one of those vain but accomplished athletes who had earned her vanity through hard work, natural talent, and fantastic beauty. Sure she was mean to others, and she frequently put other people down, but she had earned that too through being superior, and she only berated others to motivate them to becoming better.
Back in the day she had well defined abs, long and lean but athletic swimmer’s legs, a perfectly perky butt and an angelic face. She looked amazing in bikinis and ball gowns alike.
She was glamorous. She was a goddess. She was perfection.
And now she was obese and cramming her fat ass into an ill-fitting mermaid costume.
It was the kind of costume that she would have gladly worn back in her heyday, and indeed she had done so on several occasions. She was quite the fan of showing off her slim and sexy body in any number of skimpy outfits including dressing up like a beautiful mermaid.
Only now she looked and felt like a bloated manatee.
And she couldn’t believe she was about to put all her fat on display for the world to see.
Veronica didn’t want to do it, but she needed the money. Her job at Thick Burger was reliable, but it wasn’t exactly setting the world on fire for her. She could barely afford her lousy apartment and her food bill. (Even with free meals at Thick Burger, her snack budget had gotten extensive.) So when Thick Burger had gotten wind that at one point she had actually achieved some notoriety in the world of swimming, they decided she would be the perfect mermaid mascot for their newest fish sandwich offering. Veronica knew what they were actually counting on.
They were hoping people would line up to gawk at her pathetic downfall. She was getting paid to humiliate herself, and she was going to do it. The people who knew her when she was a skinny bitch wanted to come out and laugh at her fat flabby ass and big blubber belly, and she was going to give it to them.
The stupid mermaid tail that she had to wear made her fat ass look ridiculous. It made her bulbous butt look wide as hell while somehow looking flatter but still clearly monumentally saggy. Her big greedy gut spilled over the waistband of it and was out there for all to see because the only other thing she wore up top was an oversized seashell bra that was still barely enough to keep her pillowy breasts in check. The shape of the tail squished her mammoth thunder thighs together and made her entire lower half look like one huge overstuffed sausage. Her blubber stretched the fabric so much that the sown on scales were parted in place to reveal green fabric so tight that the outlines of her cellulite was clear. She felt like a beached whale as she sat there on the aquarium type display that they setup for her, and it was made worse by the other models that they hired to be with her.
Ashley and Monica were your standard curvy and gorgeous bikini models who looked much more confident in their mermaid costumes, and they loved to tease Veronica throughout the day as they compared their slim bodies to her obese one. They shook her blubber and laughed as they went and got into position.
Once she was there she was given her “fish food”, the new fish sandwiches kindly donated as part of the promotion by customers as part of the promotion, and Veronica had to eat them over and over again in front of the gawking crowd, many of whom she recognized as old friends or people she used to make fun of, as they took pictures and gawked at her blubbery belly getting stretched larger by food.
The only thing that made Veronic smile was when trays of sandwiches were brought out for Ashley and Monica as well. The slim and sexy models were also forced to gorge themselves, and soon they were sporting bloated bellies thanks to their new food babies. What really brought a twinkle in her eye was the way Ashley and Monica began to enthusiastically tear into the Thick Burger fish sandwiches after just one bite. Veronica could see that these mermaids were hooked.
It made her feel better knowing that even if she was stuck doing this humiliating promotion, Ashley and Monica would soon end up looking much more like her.

Thank you! I enjoy using the Munchies as this interesting thing where they break in and out of the fourth wall being characters in the story and the narrator. And they're fun to write. I also enjoyed writing the story about Janey's mom.

This is probably the best Use of the Munches i've seen in a long time. I have grown tired of them but this story was done in a fresh way. I Liked it.Janey's mom going from outspoken critic to face Stuffing food addict was great too.

I love that you're making a bunch of continuing threads with things like Thick Burger and the Notebook. Really makes me excited whenever I see either of them pop up! Also really adoring Mermaid of Manatee. Always fun to catch up with a beached cow, struggling with her new life and accepting her new place. Fun stuff!
