(Also note, Optifine 1.19.3 is still under Preview version. The game can get buggy or even crash. 1.19.2 is recommended for a couple of days until the final release of Optifine 1.19.3.

From the Discord channel, I have a hunch that this is due to me using Fabric and Iris, instead of OptiFine directly.
Thank you for your work with this. I am curious what textures are currently missing from this pack? I have two worlds that load with quite a few purple and black checkerboard blocks and my understanding is that this is often due to missing textures (or some error in the texture).
