Nekomancer's Telekinetic Catch

... the Nekomancer's rival, the Puppyteer, who focuses on enchanted pet collars (and often, wrist/ankle cuffs of the same type) that leave poor maidens partially or wholly denuded (except for the collar, of course), and pet training compulsively burned into their minds. Fetch, roll over, play dead... Or perhaps, more "entertaining" commands... All of which they helplessly respond to. Occasionally the collars come with a leash, and while the girls are properly leash trained, Puppyteer leashes are also quite magical and force the issue, leaving the poor lasses helplessly following around whoever holds it, unable to remove it themselves or yank it away from them. But by far the most annoying part, beyond the perpetual nudity, the compulsive need to play fetch, and occasionally being stuck near someone until they let go of their leash, is the names. After all, "Lisa" or "Amy" isn't a proper name for a puppy, oh no -- so now the poor lass is magically compelled to answer to "Daisy" or "Coco" or "Spot" -- giving their new name out when asked who they are, forgetting their old one, being unable to hear it when called...
