Oh snaptoon is literally an app but its still in beta right now, and the site is in Korean 🤣 honestly its pretty hard to find it so i dont blame you! I discovered it via acon3D, maybe you can gv that site a quick search? The founder of Snaptoon shares some free models on there along with instructions on how to download etc!
