Background Study
🕑 Added 2021-07-08 16:32:07 +0000 UTCI did something a little different today :3 I've always been a fan of Makoto Shinkai's work (the creator of Your Name and Weathering With You) except I personally cannot do hardcore anime style art, mainly cuz I'm not good at it, and my western influences are a little strong despite growing up surrounded by Asian media :P I still wanted to learn new ways to do backgrounds and anime does have amazing backgrounds, they have the $$$ to model 3D stuff using CGI and 3DCG though, so the budget version is taking photos from the internet and adding effects and a ton of layers on photoshop LOL. so here are some experiments I tried :D
Idk if I'll actually use this method in the future, but just wanted to share the process with you. The daytime one is pretty poopie tho ngl HAHAHA.
