Rush Week
🕑 Added 2024-10-17 23:00:04 +0000 UTCThe tumblr archives are about dry now, but I have a few more posts still up my sleeve. This one was a favorite of mine years ago, and I hope it's just as hot now.
"So, you think you’re ready to pledge Alpha Sigma Sigma?"
Standing in the crowded lobby of the grandiose fraternity house in the heart of campus, I really tried to think through my answer. I’d been a student at a small college for the past three years, but after a paper I wrote was published, I had received an opportunity to finish my degree at a larger university. More prestige and a full ride scholarship awaited me- the only drawback was starting over in a new town with new friends that I’d hopefully gain.
So, I decided to rush a fraternity, a luxury that my old school wasn’t large enough to have. I’d done my research- avoiding the fraternities that had bad reputations or had houses overflowing with beer cans in the front yard. That led me here, to a lobby facing a double-sided grand staircase, in front of a well-dressed fraternity brother.
"I do- I just transferred so I’m ready to meet new people."
And with that answer, I started my week of rush where I visited six different houses before narrowing down my choice to the Alpha house. I received my bid, joining a pledge class of mainly freshman who were still figuring out how to survive outside of their parents’ houses. A bit more confident, I was almost fully aware of who I was as a person. I’d come out at my last college, and I knew that I had to be open here. I’d been nervous about being honest at rush, but the two brothers I talked to, Jason and Brad, weren’t even phased.
"Don’t worry, Anthony- you’ll have no issues here."
As I was swept away into another conversation, I missed the shared smirk between the two brothers before they walked over to the chapter president, Nate.

Carnal Career Fair
As I walked through the house, decked out in a banner above the door with that three-word phrase, I was unsure of what to experience for my first big college party. We’d had house parties at my old college of course, but none of the houses near my old campus were three story mansions like the Alpha House.
The college career fair had been this morning, and as I walked inside the lobby, it looked like it had been extended- college coeds were mingling in formal wear with red solo cups in hand. Grabbing a glass, I headed over to the pledge master, Matt, to see what my role was. Apparently, each party was half run by pledges. We’d have shifts fixing drinks or driving drunk girls home, but tonight, I was free to mingle.
"Meet new people- we’re very friendly here!"
He said it with a smirk that I couldn’t quite understand, but he disappeared into another conversation before I could reply. So, I mingled. I talked to new people, and each one seemed to have a brand-new cup full of some strong mixed drink. And by the time midnight struck, I was properly drunk and sweating into my business casual. Brad and Jason were in front of me again as if they materialized from the ground in front of me.
"Anthony, we like to help provide for our pledges, do you get that impression?"
"This free drink definitely says yes."
"Well then, you see that guy over there, Blaze, in the blue slacks?"
Craning my head around to follow their gaze, I saw a beautiful man leaning against the mantle- a man that I’d never pursue on a normal day.
"Yes- he’s fucking hot."
"Well, we told him that you were looking."
"Too bad he’s out of my league."
"Au contraire, he’s already seen you tonight- he’s into you. But, he likes bold guys."
"Bold guys?"
"Yes, you need to make a move. Something to differentiate you from everyone dressed up like this."
"So, I should change outfits?"
"Precisely. We know exactly what to do!"
Before I even had time to disagree, their hands were on me. Blocking me into a corner, their bulky bodies shielded what they were doing from everyone around us. Brad’s hands were quickly unbuttoning my black shirt, exposing my chest inch by inch. With a laugh, Jason fondled my nipples which made my body shiver under his touch. Before my brain could process what was actually happening, Jason’s hands moved their way down to flick open my belt and unzip my khakis.
Brad had now pulled open the last button and flung my shirt over my shoulders. Jason too was very successful, and a chill ran through my spine as I realized exactly how often they’d probably done this to become so precise. Now shirtless, I didn’t even see where my shirt was laid down as I was too busy focusing on my bright red underwear being exposed in the dim room. They seemed to shine in the light as a beacon screaming that there was an embarrassed, half-naked pledge in the corner.
Then, before I could even brace myself, every inch of my underwear and legs was now visible with my pants around my ankles. My brain yelled at me to run, but instead, my body dutifully lifted each foot so that Brad could pull my tight pants and shoes off. And then, as quickly as they had appeared, they were gone, and my clothes went with them.
With nothing but a cup and a blush across my cheeks that perfectly matched my underwear, I was almost fully naked in the middle of the party. As if in slow motion, face after face turned around to see me and the laughter emerged. It wasn’t too mean, and I realized too that this wasn’t the first time that a pledge had been hazed right here in the living room. That thought terrified and reassured me, but still, I couldn’t will my body to move until Blaze beckoned me over with a wag of his finger. Again, I’m not sure why I didn’t listen to my brain yelling at me to leave, but instead, I started weaving through the party towards him. Rubbing against bodies, and moving past some hands rubbing against me, I made it over to Blaze.
"So, you ran into Brad and Jason, didn’t you?"
Too tongue tied to speak, I just nodded.
"They’re both dicks, but they’re great wingmen in a pinch. They told you I was into bold guys?"
Again, all I could do was nod.
"That’s their favorite excuse- I’m just into guys who are sure of themselves, simple as that. And there’s a space in my bed tonight if you want it, but there is a cover fee. You pass your underwear to me right now, give me time to make one more round around the party, and then meet me there in five minutes. Sound fair?"
Of course that wasn’t fair! But my mouth didn’t betray me now, not when I was close enough to smell Blaze’s cologne and could see his muscular pecs pressed against his thin button-down. So, I nodded a third and final time as he bent down a few inches to grab onto my underwear’s waistband. Thankfully, everyone was behind me, so I couldn’t see all eyes on me as my tight boxer briefs were dropped down my legs. It took about two seconds that felt like five years, but as he held up my briefs as some trophy, I realized that before my first major party was even over, I’d been completely stripped naked in the middle of the fraternity house.
With nothing but a wink and a whispered room number in my ear, I was left alone. Turning around slowly, I held my cup in front of my crotch as tightly as I could to see everyone staring my way. No one said anything until Nate emerged from the crowd.
"What a fucking legendary debut- you might just deserve to make it after all. Cheers!"
As he held his cup in the air, my brain finally gave up trying to fight, and I realized I might as well own it. Lifting my own glass, cheers and catcalls emerged all around me as I fully exposed myself to the party.
