BG - Tense From Bills

I was annoyed by the fact that sims get tense with everything but can ignore the bills in the mailbox until the Landgraabs shut down all the utilities and not even acknowledge that they may be in economical troubles, so I did this small mod a while ago that gives them a small tense mood when the bills are in the mailbox. They don't always get it, it's random. Irresponsible sims will never get it. Only YA + will care about the bills.

That'd be an awesome mod for game play! I'd love to have reaction to debts & options to wish for a vacation, but acknowledge money troubles too.
