Rob, this is not a rehash of the movies. Multiverse has infinite possibilities, the things that happened in the movies won't always happen. You are missing the fact that these are different timelines, hence different stories and characters.

I'd love to see you guys watch the MCU Halloween Special on Halloween. It's a stand alone that was made for the Season, like the Christmas Special, and doesn't affect watch order. Just would love to see the Specials watched for their holiday instead of a random month when they get there. *fingers-crossed*

Also because for some reason they say it has no stakes. People seem to have forgotten that media has the purpose of entertaining not being dramatic 24/7. I wish they did what ifs for all good movies(non Marvel also), it would be better than remakes.

This was the episode that was submitted for the Emmy for Animated Program (it lost to Arcane) - between the writing, Cumberbatch's voice performance and the incredible character and effects animation, I think it was a good choice to represent the series as a whole.

Rob & Trin: this episode was the most terrifying one.... A future episode: Hold my beer.... But yeah, this one also made a number on me when I watched it. In my opinion I think is the most accomplished episode of the season, storytelling wise because of the emotions and philosophical questions dealt with. Hello, Rob, Trin, this is my favorite episode, also about the fact that there are 9 episodes, i recommend you do 8 and 9 at the same time. Maybe watch just 5 or 7 in one of the weeks. But the last 2 are part of the same story.
