the guy that plays the piano and sings is Shawn Mendes, he has some very very big songs and was very popular at one point. he wanted to make a cameo in the show.

Still putting money on Trin fully speaking & understanding Trig before the end.
Michael Celia
Heh, I've always found it funny when people are surprised to see actors from one show in another show. Actors gotta eat!
Miroslav Blabla
That is a bit too much info tbh, were you 100% sure about everything after watching this episode for the first time?
Shelley
Zach!! I was waiting for your reaction to his appearance. Knew you'd be happy he's in the show, i mean how could you not be with that face π€ͺWe're quite good at keeping secrets sometimes π€
Octavia
The actress playing the trading post shopkeeper, Niylah, is Jessica Harmon. Real life older sister of Richard Harmon, who plays Murphy. I remember that a bunch of the cast had a watch party for this premiere... and teased Richard Harmon about having to watch his sister get it on with Clarke.
Emmy
Oh man this would be amazing!!!

Wasn't Erica Cerra / ALIE also in Battlestar Galactica? The AI in a red dress is a total nod to BSG.

3 months have passed since the end of S2. Which is actually more time than S1 + S2 together. So glad you didn't notice Zach McGowan's name on the screen. I think we were all looking forward to your surprise at seeing him here.
Monrodo
easily my favorite season of this show
Octavia
Azgeda = Ice Nation. (The white warpaint, as mentioned by Octavia.) Indra said that it's the Queen of the Ice Nation that has put the bounty out on Clarke. (To absorb her power.) Lexa is Commander (Heda) of 12 Tribes, but each tribe presumably has it's own ruler, like Queen of the Ice Nation. So glad that we can refer to her as Wanheda now... the Commander of Death. Clarke's a legend now.

Octavia
Been waiting for your reaction to a certain appearance. (Well several, really... but one in particular because of BS.) One door closes, another opens.

There is the exact conversation between them, if anyone is interested: https://images.app.goo.gl/nDoJtiFcQ3FEQ4y49

Great reaction to our new character :) So much better when you are not expecting the actor, so much better than Lexa and Kane reaction - just because fans did not spoil it for you (and us all) this time. Btw that guy singing is "quite good", it is actually Shawn Mendes, very well known singer. Fun fact: He basically messaged Jason Rothenberg on twitter something like " Hey, can I play in your show? " and Jason answered something like "Sure lol"... So there he is π
James
The person who was singing the song is literally Shawn mendes. Also Iβm loving the vibe as well and now we have Vane too.
