Cindy

Movies with sequels would be fun. I would vote for Red and Red 2. I should add since I know Rob likes DC that Red was adapted from a short DC comic.

Cindy

I loved all three, but #2 was my favorite. The ending climax seemed so real I initially thought it was.

Flopsi80

Aaand now we know they did it again! 🙏😎

RuinFox

A lot more popular than I thought haha, glad those folk are going to get the reaction to the sequel though. Personally can’t wait for mad max and shutter island.

Kim Magee

Hoping Robi and trins pics. Add some fun light heartedness and comedy

Kim Magee

Baby driver is a really good film, I really like the one who plays Deborah, she was in the sequel to mamma Mia and was Cinderella in the live action,, But aside from that, it's a really good movie

Kim Magee

I like the Jason Bourne movies. How to Train your Dragon, Baby driver is a really good movie but it's not going to make it

Kim Magee

Sadly, musicals will never have a shot while they're up against things like action or sci-fi

Kim Magee

Star trek is really popular. Not my cup of tea but it is a lot of people's

Aura C

🤞for Star trek

RuinFox

Ahh I see, thanks for the explanation

Matt Peterson

I can only assume they have already seen it, my Scary Movie recommendation didn't make it in the comedy poll despite being one of the top 2 or 3 most liked suggestions, either. It would be nice to know though, so we could make alternate suggestions.

Octavia

@RuinFox These are the modern interpretations with Chris Pine. R&T have already watched the 1st in the trilogy. Folks have been waiting for them to continue.

RuinFox

All I remember about Star Trek is that my dad loves the show lol, I’m surprised at how well it’s doing in the poll but personally rather see something else in its place

Ae Jae Meade

What did you pick

Jenny Lee Villanueva

💜💜

Jenny Lee Villanueva

Mine didn't make poll either. 🤷🏾‍♀️ maybe next time.

Jenny Lee Villanueva

Hoping for their picks to even it out 😊

Jenny Lee Villanueva

Mad Max, Baby Driver, Fast and the Furious and Shutter Island for my top 4

Ellen Noir

23p23 41 I thought about that; how polls are for the viewers and not necessarily R&T themselves. I also realize there's no right or wrong way to go about choosing what you vote for. When I'm voting, it's just always in the back of my mind whether or not they'll enjoy something, since we're making the choice for them. Also, my comment had nothing to with being annoyed that my movie didn't get picked. Not sure where you got that.

Emily Rose

Yay my suggestion won

Xxdjwellsxx

Wait so are we not getting MCU movies anymore until the Marvel shows are over? Deadpool and Wolverine will be the next and final MCU movie for the time being but we didn’t get it last month

Emmy

I agree, a sequels month would be awesome!

Jan T

Some suggestions for future poll themes. Something different just 1 or 2 months of the year please. 🙂 Fantasy Thriller Movies based on Horror Classics (Dracula, Frankenstein etc. The new Nosferatu movie looks great! ) Sequels Mystery Rom Coms Period Classics

23p23 41

Ellen Noir, well not saying u r 100% wrong but their YT channel/Patreon is for their subs and therefore ppl wwill suggest movies they would like to watch. why would they suggest something, they mightr not even be tempted to watch. it doesnt make sense. And thats why Rob and Trin also picking their 4 movies. I dont think there is any problem at all. It is a good balance. Ppl will get 4 movies they would like and 4 movies will get picked by Rob and Trin Its normal to get annoyed because ur favourite didnt make it through but it is what it is. U cant control what ppl want to watch

Reavezz

Severance!!! Do it!

Jan T

Bourne looks safe, but it’s hard to believe Star Trek might be lose out to some of the other movies on this list.

Jan T

Ellen Noir, I think that’s exactly the case.

Ellen Noir

I second that. I remember back when I used to make annual top 5 lists, it was in there for 2005.

Flopsi80

I really should have suggested The Substance in the first poll as one of the first options and not be so late with my actual suggestion The Bucket List. I think it would have had a good chance to win. But now here are only two movies I like and one of the others would be okay for me. January will not be one of my favorite months with Rob and Trin. 😕

Ellen Noir

I've often wondered if the majority of voters on these polls are just picking movies they themselves like and aren't factoring in Rob and Trin at all lol

TDWanders

Hmmm....

Octavia

Really want to see R & T continue with Bourne and the modern Star Trek trilogy. It's been a while since the 1st Star Trek movie... so I hope they pick it. We should just have a Sequels month.

Anika

I feel exactly the same. And I've been here for years too.

Anika

Hamilton or Sweeney Todd. And again. I know it's not your fault how things turn out.

Anika

Me either, honestly.

Adam Belfort

My comments are never directed towards you, never and the reason why is simple, I know what you propose is the most democratic way and the people vote, you have to go along with it. Just that I am still amazed by some masterpieces (both in writing or in cinematography) that were on the polls and we still end up with big muscle movies that you probably won’t enjoy that much but people decided, so you have to.. I’ve been with you for 2 years or something, I pretty much figured you out and what movieswill touch you (and what will just be a drag). So yeah, I’m just frustrated by this. Democracy heh. Anyway, take care guys, I won’t bother you more about this.

Ae Jae Meade

Dang. My 8 Mile suggestion blew most these out if the water. Wonder why it didn't make the poll

TheGrouch74

Such a serious themed month for a January come down lol guess I'll just laugh at myself lol 😂

ZeeterPeter

Pleaseeee watch severance on Apple TV

Josh Berry

Shutter island!!

Bradley Weeks

Please can we do live action musicals one month this year.

Cindy Clarkson

I hope „V for Vendetta“ will be one of Rob&Trin Picks!

Simon Williams

How. The. F!!! did Man on Fire not even make the polls?! What is wrong with you people?

Take a Ticket

Comments are all good, just more helpful to express what it was you were hoping for so it could inform future poll themes etc. So rare we get helpful feedback so please feel free to express your hopes 💕

Adam Belfort

From now on, I’ll just stop participating in poles or writing comments because I’m just gonna be salty. Every month there’s amazing movies and we end up with this on final poll. Sure, let’s watch all The Sharknados after too. I’ll just wait for Rob & Trin’s picks. Cheers

Smilebird9

They will react to it Eventually

Anna Möllervärn

I agree…

Angelina Sargent

... this poll? How did we get here? 😆 I can't vote for anything.

Adam Belfort

……

Farva

Can't be sleepin on V for Vendetta folks. Let's goooo!

TurtZ

Even if how to train your dragon 2 isnt top vote you neeeeed to continue the movies please watch

James

How to train your dragon 2 will be fun

Reavezz

Not enough people voted for Equalizer!?!? What!? Those movies are top tier Denzel action films with good stories still too. One of his most underrated acting talents on display is in the 2nd movie when he goes to find Miles at the drug house
